Like other actors, Neha Dhupia is in the news these days. She is away from the humdrum of the tinsel town, holidaying in the Big Apple. She says that she needed a holiday following very hectic shooting schedules in the recent past. After having performed at the Bollywood Awards Nite, the actress thought of taking it easy and staying back in New York. She says, "I am holidaying here. I am in a mood to holiday and just don't want to be bogged down by anything." However, industry sources say to the contrary. According to them, she has been away because of the 'Shootout At Lokhandwala' controversy and how Sanjay Gupta got upset with her and refuses to even take her call.
According to these sources, Sanjay Gupta has blacklisted her for her thoroughly unprofessional conduct. Sanjay has said, "When we needed her most to promote the movie ( 'Shootout At Lokhandwala') she left us in a lurch. I have completely cut her out of my life and profession. I haven't been taking her calls. She won't work for us again. I know it's no loss for her . But, it's no loss for us, either." In fact, Sanjay is cut up with both of his female actors of 'Shootout at Lokhandwala' . He hasn't spared Aarti Chhabaria either for her allegedly blatant statement that she had researched her character on the real life of bar girl Tarannum. As a result, bar girl Tarannum has taken advantage of it, and a fourth case has been instituted against Sanjay Gupta .
