All his films are unofficial remakes as he steals them without giving them credit.

And his movies do well coz of the music. Otherwise he makes shitty films.

Only film of his I thought was good - Awaraapan. Which he himself considers his best. Also Murder 2 was alright

All his films look exactly the same to me...

Angsty hero...angsty slow songs...delicate heroine,...angsty stares between them...one or more of the main characters die...

I find his work insipid and unoriginal...

He's overrated..only the music is good. Story wise there is nothin much.

What's the big deal if he is remaking foreign films? A lot of bollywood films by different production houses are rips off of foreign films.

Who cares? As long as a good, entertaining film is made. We get to share the experience again but in a Bollywood ishtyle ;)
