Bollywood actors are the subject of speculation numerous times " from their personal affairs to their professional schedules, most aspects of their lives are under scrutiny. And while most of them come out to clarify these matters " many opt for press conferences, social media posts or issue statements " some remain media shy.
Recently, this label has been attached to Katrina Kaif, who, it is being alleged, avoided the media at a scheduled interaction in Cape Town, South Africa.
Katrina is shooting at the location with her alleged boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor, for their upcoming detective film Jagga Jasoos. Reportedly, Katrina had allotted time for a magazine shoot and was later supposed to interact with the media, but allegedly did not. However, a source close to the actor reveals that there is no truth to these reports.
"She was not supposed to go for any photo shoot and had not planned any media interactions in Cape Town. She was shooting in a jungle with her film's team," says the insider.
When asked about her supposed media-shy personality, Katrina says that she shares a good relationship with the media and refutes the reports of her inaccessibility. She says, "I have a wonderful relationship with the media and have been accessible to them at all times."
