She said something to Mala ... he didn't even love me back then ... which means she knows he does love her now.

It's more about Rudra ... he wanted to say the words, to give her the mangalsutra ... but something is still holding him back from making that final commitment. I was surprised he said that on Friday .. I am breathing only because of your love and craziness ... it was a little out of character for him, given his current mood. But again, its more about him ... he needs her love and support to manage ... but so far, he hasn't given her his unconditional support ... she understands him, but he does not understand her support for his mother ... doesn't even want to try. Despite that, he can't push her away. It's more about his issues with his mother ... as far as Paro is concerned, he will not let her go. Unlike his father.

Yes I also felt it was out of character. I expected him to stop at "Kaafi Hai Paro Mere Liye Toh" Maybe what they want to show is that if he starts admitting to Paro he cannot stop himself. And thus the second line followed and he wanted to sleep before he told her the rest of his speech culminating in the handing over of the mangalsutra.

About him reaching out to her hand even when he was turning the other side - your take is right. Even if he is angry he will not let her go. Did you notice Paro was about to remove her hand and at the last minute he held it. He even knows when she is planning to escape and does not let her even try it. Such a vast difference from his father.

@DiyaS...You have put it in such a BEAUTIFUL way...your take on JJKKL 's question is simply outstanding.

Hi Diya ( if. I may call you so)

Awesome take. 👏Hv highlighted parts i liked the most.
Just loved your title. Very apt for the episode and for our dearie Paro. She's trying her best to hold the family together. Yesterday, the cvs reminded me of the premise of the lovestory again. At the beginning It was said that RR is a lovestory between a woman who believes love heals everything and a man who does not believe in love and relationship. Paro's belief that love heals everything and rudra's response to it reminded me of this again. Only diffrence is that rudra has started to love paro. Though i guess they still have long way to go before they love unconditionally. --selfless love.--
Paro is trying her best to heal him but im am not sure if rudra is ready to be healed.😕 At the moment, he is still sulking and expecting paro to run behind him...sighhh

Hi Kate 😃 Nice to see you here ... I enjoy your takes on the forum! Thanks for posting ... love your take!
The last scene on Friday reminded me of the tagline of the show too ... they finally got to it ... and at the right time ... a girl who holds no grudges, who looks forward, who loses everything time and again and re-starts her life anew, without any expectations, except for her belief in love ... and a man, who is locked within himself, and unable to see the beauty of the world around him, the beauty of love. Rudra has started healing ... but the process is slow ... his love is still conditional. Paro believes, if you love someone, set them free. give love, but don't expect it in return ... Rudra believes, love binds ... and if it isn't enough to hold, it's not love. Rudra's love is more earthly, more human ... Paro's is selfless and much more difficult to understand ... the closest is maternal love, which is about as selfless as human love can be.
Which is also why Mala's maternal love is difficult for many to fathom ... because by definition, a mother should always put her children first ... if she doesn't, she is a bad mother, regardless of any other considerations.
And also, Mala's continued dumb act is getting irritating ... running away? Again?! Doesn't she realise by now how much damage her first running away caused?

Special mention: KCM. My god...what an acting. ( talking abt both ANANYA KHARE AND MOHINI RANAWAT. Ive said this before, ananya khare is one helluva an actress... She made mohini's pain believable. I almost fell for it... Her ' i always speak the truth was the 'hit on head' i needed. Then i realised it was. MOHINI THE MANIPULATOR SPEAKING...NOT MOHINI THE VICTIM!!! I dont buy her ' i am leaving the haveli...its the best for everyone' act. Seriously...a woman like mohini leaving everything she built without putting up fight??? This is the woman who planned 2 bloody murders...used her son mercilessly..naaa...i dont trust her!!

Absolutely ... it was MOHINI THE MANIPULATOR speaking through and through ... not Mohini the poor victim. She and Teju are a good match ... they both put themselves first. This was Mohini manipulating Mala to leave the haveli again, make sure Dilsher and Danveer don't accept Mala back as they seem to be in danger of doing, which would restore Dilsher and Mala as de facto heads of family ... and while she's about it, rock the PaRud boat again, to pre-empt any possible mini dhuan kumaris and angar kumars, before she gets her one of own nikamma sons to produce heirs to the haveli. Mohini is a very sharp thinker ... way ahead of all the rest.

--am not a fan of family dramas and kitchen politics but i am enjoying the family drama in RR. NOT MISSING THE ROMANCE...😊

Lol ... I want some romance too ... but while JDJ is on, it seems we will get only crumbs. 😕

P/s discovered your other place accidentally end of last year. Am a silent reader since then. Enjoying the discussions there. 😊

😉 Thank you! That is a venting ground, when this place gets too much to handle! 😆 Very useful!!!

Looking at the way the story is shaping up, i feel Rangrasiya season 1 may end now making room for BB and we'll have season 2 when BB ends.
Malini

Thanks, Malini! Ananya Khare was awesome ... this was Mohini acting the victim, and she did a great job. Wonder if she sent Mala on a guilt trip to run away the first time as well? Still waiting for the full Mala story to emerge.
PaRud are beautiful ... love the way this couple communicate, and how they can't do without each other now. They are each other's strength ... Paro is Rudra's emotional anchor, and he is hers.

You may be right about BB ... but as long as we get the full RR story the way the makers envisaged it, I will be happy. They do have some more tracks they can explore here ... Tejawat's final defeat, then following up on Nandini ... they can do parallel tracks on Aman, Sumer, Sunehri ... but the main story is PaRud, and that is almost done.

I agree,. Rudra's love is still conditional and Paro has a long way to go before she heals him completely. Their journey has started and i am interested to see the way they both face the obstacles thrown on their path.

Still trying to figure out mala. And she 's not helping at all...sighh...that woman seems to live in a different world.

N the forum forgot to welcome my Mr Bootiful tractor wala dil Sumer ranawat. I missed him...and his flowery shirts...😉

She has valid justification for her hate ... especially for the haveli and the business, she has poured her blood, sweat and tears into it ... for once, a villain has solid reason for her actions. Not excusing the murder attempts, of course 😆

Mohini ka definition of truth ... kahan se layi aisi bokwaas dictionary 😆

Poor Paro ... the weight of the world is on her shoulders ... Dilsher depends on her to clean up the mess he has created in Rudra ... Mala remains clueless and blank ... Rudra is one bipolar hubby ... thanks to Laila, Rudra realised what his fate could have been if Paro wasn't in his life, so he went back home ... Laila ne ek achha kaam kiya! 😆 And his yelling quota was done for the day, so Paro got some respite 😛

The forum is discussing Rudra's parentage ... I'm more worried about Samrat's and Sunehri's 😆

@ bold- Oh yes, that's true right!!! I didnt think that way.. Mohini is vile.. But yeah I did feel bad for her, really bad till she went and said that truth thing..

Samrat's parentage need very careful evaluation..😕 Dare I reccomend a DNA test? Why poor Sunehri- Mohini simply forgot her.. Discrimination against girl child and all that..
