The prodigal returns ... as predicted, the person responsible was Dilsher.

And Rudra's world collapses around him once again ... his father brought his mother back?! After those long years of dinning into his head that his mother, and all beautiful women like her, were faithless, after dragging him around for years, running away from his wife, not allowing Rudra to lead a settled life, taking him away from the only home he had known ... Dilsher welcomes Mala back into the haveli as though it was the most natural thing to do?! Why did he bring up Rudra to hate his mother then, if he was going to welcome her back home?
A matter between husband and wife? And what about the son who was caught between the two of them? His father demanded his loyalties, Rudra gave them unflinchingly ... only to have that loyalty thrown back in his face?

Rudra's world just collapsed around him once again ... the faithlessness of his mother, which he knew ... but now, added to that, the perfidy of his father ... whom can he trust?!

And he storms off ... reduced again to the frightened, insecure twelve year old whose world shattered around him overnight.

Even by Dilsher's standards, that was rather insensitively done. Felt really sorry for Rudra ... in a bad marriage, it's always the children who suffer the most in the middle, and that is exactly what happened here.

Mohini is fuming silently all through this exchange ... not one word. She gets rid of Maithili and Samrat pronto ... doesn't want them getting any wrong ideas.
Methinks that was more like bolting the stable door after the horse had bolted. 😛

Mala tells Paro to go after Rudra ... Paro does ... but not much use ... Rudra is still hurting, trying to process everything that just happened ... and failing miserably. The shock is too great .. everything he was brought up with, just turned upside down. And Rudra was not the most emotionally stable of men to start with ... he cannot handle this. So he pushes Paro away ... he can't trust anyone at all ... doesn't want to trust anyone at all. He's back to being the twelve year old abandoned child ... alone again.

Danveer brings Mala to Dilsher ... Dilsher is still very awkward ... Mala is silent. A sensitive scene ... sensitively done by both actors.

Danveer introduces Maithili, Samrat and Sunehri to Mala ... just as though this was the most normal thing in the world to be happening. 😕
And then Mala goes to Mohini ...
Mohini throws her out ... the mask is finally off.

As expected ... Mohini had a lot to do with Mala running away ... and she's furious that her fifteen year old plans, so carefully laid and carried out, have just collapsed around her feet.
Rudra's world is not the only one which shattered tonight! 😛

Paro Mala ... Paro has based her entire viewpoint of the situation on her own experience of Mala ... a woman who could be so kind to a poor orphan girl, could not have left her child without a very good reason. And she knows that she was a substitute for Rudra all these years ... contrary to what Rudra firmly believed, Mala had not forgotten her son all these years.

Paro is probably right in her assessment ... judging by Mohini's soliloquy, more than probably right ... but some doubts, some questions would have been more understandable than this certainty.

Mala is still silent.
Rudra is Dilsher's son ... and Mala seems to have given her thoughtfulness to Paro ... Mala's silence held deep thought.

And tomorrow - Sumer returns. As far as Mohini is concerned, if Mala can be forgiven, why not Sumer?
Mohini never loses her capacity to think on her feet ... Carpe Diem ... Seize the opportunity!

It was a very good episode today though I miss the romance between parud , hopefully it would be tomorrow 😳
Like the flow of the story ...all the actors were very good , ashish was simply brilliant in the first scene .
The back story of mala and dilsher seems intriguing...as we all thought mohini had something to do there as well ...

And yes ...sumer is back 😆 I love that guy ...

nice post
Loved all the interactions between the characters
Loved last Paro and Mala scene, Paro trying to make every one happy
I think Paro is buying time to ask questions as Mala is just back and she is injured as well
I am very intrigued to know about Mala back story, seems like CV will open the puzzle step by step

Very well said Diya!

RR is finally going back to its intracate story line where things will slowly weave a bigger picture rather than bursting like a water balloon. This is where things will get interesting.
The politics, alliances, histories and emotions will run high and among this all we still have a couple that has not 100% confessed their love and affection for eachother (at least not from Rudra) So how is it all going to pan out?

My personal fav scenes looking forward to:
- Of course more PaRud Moments as always
- Flashbacks...we obviously need more back story and I'd rather it be a 3rd Person POV with a flashback rather than an internal memory, as that's still too one sided.
- The scenes between Dilsher and Mala are going to be VERY interesting, the dialogue, awkwardness, hesitation and distance is going to be errily good and I know these actors can pull it off.
- The M & M scenes...OMG those are going to be the BEST because we know Mohini has the best lines hands down, and she is going to get to work slowly but surely.
-Plus, I expect Sumer to say something stupidly awesome 😆

Thanks! Paro the nurturer ... not only the nurturer for Rudra, but for everyone, it seems. She was taught by Mala to believe in the good in everyone, and not the bad ... and that is exactly what she is doing.

Yes, I like the flow of the story too ... like the way they are involving the entire family and their reactions in this track. Even small touches like introducing Sunehri, Samrat and Maithili to Mala ... although they made me LOL ... as though Mala's return is so completely NORMAL 😆 ... but these little touches make the story complete.

Ashish was very good in the first scene ... and the dialogues were brilliant! I felt the scene could have waited a little though ... it should have taken a little longer for it to sink in what is happening, before Rudra let loose ... but the emotions, the words, were all spot on.

Dilsher is showing more guilt than anything else ... Mala appears to really have no clue what her disappearance did to the family ... so obviously the situation was painted very differently for her. And now we know for certain that it was all Mohini's doing ... like she sacrificed Sumer and got herself off scot free, she obviously poisoned Mala and Dilsher's marriage to the extent that Mala probably thought Dilsher wanted her to leave.

Nice take Diya.
Today Rudra was completely justified in his outburst, if the matter was between Disher and Mala then why was his life poisoned and he has grown upto become an emotionally unstable adult. Dialogues were good and Ashish was bang on.👏

Family introduction scene was a bit off for the situation, but then again Danveer has maintained his relationship with Mala. You are so right Diya, Mohini's world has also collapsed, I am looking forward to see the root cause of this sibling rivalry.

I hope the CVs take their time with this track and dwell more on whys and whats of Dilsher's U-turn, Mohini's angst and Paro walking the delicate tight rope. Yup! agree the writers again short changed Paro by giving her no scenes or dialogues of her doubts or internal pull and push as she told Rudra today it is difficult for her too, her loyalties are also being tested big time. (Felt Rudra was verbalizing all the fans resentment with Paro today 😆).

For some reason the last scene and more importantly the dialogues of it really touched me. Was happy to finally hear a bit of Paro's POV and I could sense Paro's IMMENSE effort in patiently and deftly trying to handle fragile tangled relations and cater to various emotional needs. I don't think she is trying to ignore or diminish the damage done but let Rudra realize that he was not abandoned or discarded by his mother. She has her work cut out in convincing Rudra and viewers. Sanaya is doing marvelously as the calm and persistent Paro. 👏

Thanks! 😃
Paro is trying to reassure Mala ... I felt that dialogue about Mala being a good mother to Rudra was out of place ... but Paro is certain that Mala could not have abandoned Rudra of her own accord. And even from what Rudra has told her, all his memories of his mother are happy ones ... hence the enormity of the shock when she left without a word ... as he thought.

I hope the cvs take their time over opening this story ... this is their trump card. And it has me intrigued ... I'm not even missing the romance! 😆
