I always wanted to knw wat made deepika so famous.. Wat i feel is that it ws mostly her BF's that made her famous.. Only in 2013 she hd sme gud success at boxoffice.. Plss share answers, votes & hv fun.. Thanks..

Looks + talent + hard work + her ambitious nature + her PR + her ability to know what or who or which incident needs to used in what way to enhance her image..You need brains to do that 😆

When OSO released i didnt like her neva watched her movies but i felt bad when she was called panauti for yuvi n kingfisher bad times.But then the movie YJHD made me her fan she was simply so gorgeous,vibrant,put on little weight,improved acting,I dont bother about her offscreen persona no one is good/saint in bwood.after YJHD i watched Cocktail she was too good and the mve was her's.after that RL songs n her chemitsry now i like her.

After Aish/Konkana she is my fav Bwood actress.

She was always considered incredibly good looking so never had any shortage of offers unlike Anushka. Her popularity as an actresses coincided with Kareena & PC having a rough patch imo. DP hit purple patch at the right time. Kat was never considered a good actress, but is popular with the masses. Even she hasn't had a significant movie since ETT. Dhoom cameo did more bad than good.

The reason why i said her bf's is coz most of them were popular.. Go through any news of her on newspapers,articles,mag etc it ws Mostly 90% only abt her linking with those persons.. or even ask any movie going audience on wat ws deepika knwn for before 2013.

Her movies.

Though her acting played a part of her success, the movies she was in made her really successful. If it were good acting only, some non-actors of the industry would not have been that popular today and the really awesome actors would have been greater than Deepika. #youknowwhatimean

Ofc, the off-screen tamasha also contributed to her growing popularity.

at the end of the day audience only likes an actor/actress for their acting 😛😆
