Remember guys? The very first time, Sooraj explains to chotu about his ideal wife?
He wanted a wife who would wake up early in the morning, do all the work that His Bhabo asks her to do. Cook hot snacks in the evening for everyone. Serve them all the food, when they are all busy playing. He will work for the family outside the house and his wife would work for the family inside the house.and in the night, they would both massage Bhabos legs before going to bed.
He didn't hesitate to break a traffic rule or two, never wore helmets, didn't hesitate to bribe officials for smooth running if his shop. He had even mentioned once that if he had to lie for the good of his family, he would do it without hesitation.
Then yeah, he got married to Sandhya. Saw a few things through her eyes and even agreed to certain things and started following rules and stuff. But somewhere, Sooraj has loved and supported Sandhya soo much because deep down, Sandhya is the kind of wife that Sooraj had described to chotu. She might not know to cook and do other household chores, but she has always gone out of her way to help the family. Has taken all of Bhabos rants with the patience of a saint, has taken many blames upon herself just to protect the family integrity. Even she has either lied or hidden the truth at times for the good of the family.
So yeah, we still actually don't know to what extent Sandhya has affected Sooraj's thoughts and beliefs. He might still be the same man who thinks its okie to lie if it's for the general good of the family.
If Sandhya's two words can help open the parlour, Sooraj still might think that there's nothing wrong. Also, technicAlly, Emily has not used any of those products. So, Sooraj's thoughts might be that there is nothing wrong in using Sandhya's power to undo the wrong that has happened to the family.
I feel, it takes more than a couple of years to change the very foundations of your beliefs. Probably, for the first time, Sooraj will see a Sandhya unwilling to help him with his dream of a perfect happy family. How will Sooraj take it? How will he react? We all know that he is capable of going to great extents to get things done way if he wants to. Even Bhabo had mentioned once that Sooraj never gets angry over anyone easily but if he does, he can be extremely stubborn.
It will be interesting to see Sooraj's reaction.
