No one talks about VIdya Balan in Parineeta and Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Kangana in Woh Lamhe and Gangster, those were possibly their best performances.

@bold - I completely agree.. Kangana was so good in her first movie itself and so was Vidya.. Vidya is awarded for wrong movies IMO.. She should have won for Ishqiya and not TDP.. Kangana is a consistent performer, and I loved her in Gangster and Life in a metro but Woh lamhe remains my fav movie of hers... She was phenomenal in that film, I don know why and how she was not awarded or recognised for it.. Im just hoping she gets all the awards for Queen this time, no way anyone else is gonna impress me this year than her as Rani... She was flawless 👏

@red - Even I feel Emraan was underrated in all these movies he has given some finest performances, esp Awarapan & TDP... Its sad how people used to identify him with his kissing sprees... But glad he is getting recognised, but slowly...

Yeah Emraan and Kangana's recognition has been long due. Kangana's performance in Queen gives me hope that she goes back to doing those amazing roles and films she started off with, especially as she only had a few good roles like Fashion and Tanu Weds Manu in between.

I think Anushka is extrememly talented. If only she had the confidence in her looks.

I do think the Bhatts give Emraan amazing scripts, like Murder 2, Awarapan, Aksar, Zeher and stuff, but they require him to do sleazy scenes too. Mahesh Bhatt said in the Murder 2 making video, that because Emraan didn't like doing the sleazy stuff, they quickly shot that at the beginning of the film and then moved onto the actual story, which he loved shooting. I feel like Emraan should stick to the Bhatt camp, as he's not really getting good work elsewhere, even though they exploit his serial kisser tag. I'm looking forward to his film with Vidya directed by Mohit Suri. If this is even half as good as Awarapan it'll do wonders for him, and give him his due recognition.

Emraan was amazing in Kalyug too, now that I think of it.

Yeah I'm glad Kangana has moved away from sleazebags like Ajay, Sanjay and Pancholi, and she's getting good scripts again. Did the Bhatts have a fall out with her? How I loved the films she did with them, all of them.
