Salman is an actor.
if he goes in jail, he will be easily replaced by any other actor in his movies and ads. That person will earn money and pay the tax.
Not a huge loss for government.

Salman is not going to jail.

This will forever haunt him so I guess that is punishment.

Anyway heard after the accident he started to mend his ways and stay off the booze. So at least that old mans death has prevented anyone else from getting run over with reckless driving.

Let the poor man who died RIP.

- This incident happened 12 years ago. Salman was immature then. Now he has grown up and repented. So he deserves to be forgiven.

- No one knows about that incident but everyone knows the open book that is Salman's noble deeds and pure heart, people should see this open book than believe false statements of bought eye witnesses.

- This all is happening because Salman did not pay eyewitnesses and police to bury this case.

- Salman could have paid them all and buried this case but he did not, that shows he is innocent.

- How is punishing Salman going to solve problems of India? People should leave Salman and focus on solving real problems of India.

- He is the most misunderstood celebrity in history of India, he is the most innocent, noble, golden heart celebrity of India.

- Nobody does as much charity as he does.

- Lawyers, witnesses and judge are prolonging this case to earn their bread and butter using Salman.

- SRK paid Salman's driver to cause this accident.

- SRK maliciously meddled with brakes of Salman's car so that it lost control.

- If Salman is jailed then we will lose thousands of lives as Salman saves hundreds of lives each year.

- First punish SRK for crime at Wankhede because a crime is a crime.

k congrat to all member who coment here n mke thread ATbB exactly like salman movie! Actualy i excpted dis frm u all n thnx for nt disapointing me! Joke part, on a serious note, gawd forbid if bymistake salman found guilty n got locked behind the bar then its not actualy loss of salman as he has already spend a luxury n btful life wid dignity! No mater ppl here curse him, bash for their own satisfaction bt still he come out wid mst powerful man n also ppl stil rspct him n worship him! Ok coming to the point, if he loose dis cases there is more posibly, govrmnt have to go through huge loses as he is one of the highest taxes paid celebrity n it will directly or indirectly effect NI n unwilingly govrnmt have to lowered budget in devlopmntal sector! I dnt thnk i've to tell u more dan dis coz u guyz r smart enough to thnk abt the country u live! DISCLAIMER: read at yr own risk! D

If Ajay Devgan of HDDCS fame is Salman's lawyer, he wud arugue, ok ye to sabit ho gaya ke salman driver side se niche utara tha, lekin ye kaise saabit karoge ke vohi gadi chala tha.

Salman ka belief hai ke shadi se pahle, no sex abhi to ab tak virgin hai, usse jail me daloge to uski virginity khatre me hai.. jyada jyada use house arrest de do. vo apne ghar se hi shooting kar lega.

Salman sudher chuka hai, jail me dalogo to au bigad jayega.. aap kya chahte ho? shudhra hua salman ya bigra hua salman?

Salman ko punish karke aap poori family ko punish kar raho.. sab sadak pe aa jayege.. kya pata kal unke sath bhi bhagwan na kare foothpath pe koi hadsa ho.

Kya aap chahte ho jaile aage utni bheed jama hoti rahe jitni salman ke ghar ke samne hoti hai?

Fresh trouble for Salman Khan.

MUMBAI: In more trouble for actor Salman Khan, the fourth witness in the 2002 hit-and-run case has identified the actor and said that he was drunk on the night of the incident.

The witness who worked in a bar claimed Salman along with his friends had ordered drinks on the night of the accident.

Earlier on Monday, Salman Khan arrived at the Mumbai sessions court for hearing of the case related to a threat complaint made by one of the eyewitnesses in the 2002 hit-and-run case allegedly involving the actor, ANI reported.

On May 6, one of the prosecution witnesses in the 2002 hit and run case identified him as the person who had exited from car in a drunk state and escaped from the mishap site.

Samba Gowda, who was the first witness to depose in the court, had said he had drawn a panchnama of the articles seized by police on the day of the incident on September 28, 2002.

The witness had told prosecutor Jagannath Kenjalkar that it was a big car involved in the accident and said police had reached the spot along with him. He had said the car had rammed into a shop and its bumper had hit the shutter of the shop.

The actor is accused of culpable homicide not amounting to murder after he drove his SUV on to a pavement in Bandra, killing one person and leaving four injured.

On December 5 last year, the court had ordered a fresh trial on the ground that the witnesses had not been examined in the context of aggravated charge of culpable homicide, which was invoked against the actor midway through the case.

The charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder attracts a 10-year sentence. The actor had earlier been tried by a magistrate for a lesser offence of causing death by negligence, which entailed an imprisonment of two years.

So far, 17 witnesses have been examined in connection with the 12-year-old case.

Celebrities are above the law in India, I was shocked when I heard Sanjay went to jail, but look at the leniency he's getting.

Look at Aditya Pancholis son, who got away from the Jiah Khan episode - and now he's shooting some movie lol I doubt any action will be taken against Salman
