He struggled and struggled and struggled and finally arrived. Suddenly, he became BIG. But as long as this director operated on his own and churned out movies on a stipulated budget, he was in the news for all the right reasons.
Then, just like everyone else, he too decided to get ambitious and made a BIG film. Apparently, the director is now telling people close to him that he will never make a BIG film again although he will continue to make movies on a stipulated budget.

When you're promoting your film but realise that it's not gathering momentum in the media or among the audience, you need to do something, fast! But this corporate house seems to have other ideas. Even though there's no hype around this soon-to-be-released film, the corporate house concerned is wasting time trying to find out what went wrong with its promotions.
Our advice: Instead of wasting time looking back and cribbing, pull up your socks and actually do something that will salvage the situation.

This director has delivered many successful films and is known to change things on the sets. Since he has been doing this for many years and has also been delivering successful films, no one has objected. As they say, nothing succeeds like success.
But if the unit members of his next film are to be believed, he just might have gone wrong this time. Apparently, this director is not only unsure of how to improve the film but is also not sure if he's approaching it correctly.
As a result, the shooting has been delayed, which has led to problems with getting the combination dates of his leading actors. Hmmm.
