What was the final worldwide business of Jai Ho and how is it compared to other Salman Khan films like Ek Tha Tiger and Dabangg?

Q. Can a film with newcomers like Betaab, Qayamt Se Qayamat Tak,Maine Pyaar Kiya or Kaho Na Pyar Hai ever challenge or become the biggest grosser of the year today?

Ans. It can never be said impossible with 100% certainty but it is a long shot. Today a top star big budget film can take in 150 crore plus in one week while a newcomer film doing half of that is a big ask and to make up such a shortfall in the business scenario is near impossible.

Ans. Its a big holiday for Gandhi Jayanti but seems like it will be only Haider making it on the day.

Hmm then it'll have to release in first of second week of November. Both BB and BV are produced by Fox and then there is PK in December.

there was a recent article that the BB team are trying their best to make it on schedule for a 2nd October release, so that still seems to be their aim.

I know that. they won't release it with PK as they have already booked bulk screens. And November 21-December 5 also won't be considered since BV is produced by Fox. If its pushed, it'll have to be in early November or 2015.

I think they will try to release on October 2. Doubt they'd have problems with AJ or KD if needed. BV is an exception due to same production house.

BOI has anything against Fox. They posted at least three negative article/blind against BV.. Recent one against Hushakals... Now this is probably the third time they are saying Bang Bang delayed.

You are talking about two different BOIs

This rumor was started by Box office capsule though, dont trust them 😆
