It says Harkha was actually was daughter of a persian daasi of Mainavati when she was not married. That daasi was worried about who would marry a persian girl in Rajputana. When Maina married Bharmal she made him promise her to adopt Harkha as his foster child n marry her to a Rajput Prince.. since nobody was ready to marry a persian girl in Rajputana.Bharmal then lost to Akbar and marriage was only way out so he said Akbar about Harkha and her being persian. Akbar accepted all this and married her.

I haven't translated word to word just Harkha part. The remaining part is about kshtriyas and how media publicized Harkha as Jodha.

Its tooo long to translate, I've translated the part related to MUZ, have fun 😉

The article says when Humayun was the Badshah, he came to Hindustan with some persian families, these families were used to do enameling work. These families settled in Umarkot and other areas near Jodhpur. Girls from these persian families used to work as Daasis. There was a persian daasi of Princess of Jodhpur (Mainawati) she gave birth to a daughter named "Harkhu", when the lady was worried about Harkhu's future, the young princess promised her she will take care of Harkhu as her daughter. When the princess got married to Raja Bharmal, she told everything to him on their first night (😆) that Harkhu is her god-daughter and she wants to see her married in a royal family, Bharmal gave vachan to his Rani (Vachan is here too 🤣) that one day he will marry their god-daughter into a Royal Family. But Rajput families did not consider it "Uchit" even the normal hindu families did not want Harkhu in marriage, Harkhu started getting old and Bharmal started getting worried for her. Before this there were rebellions in Dhundar and Bharmal asked Akbar for help. There were no talks of political marriage between the two. When Akbar was going for his Ajmer Sharif trip he payed visit to Bharmal and then asked the reason of his worries, Bharmal told him everything and Akbar asked him whether he wants the marriage according to hindu rituals or Muslim rituals ? Bharmal wanted it as per Hindu rituals, Akbar said I'm not a Rajput but I was born in a Rajput Household, similarly Harkhu is not Rajput but she was born and brought up among the Rajputs. If you can be her father then I've no problem in marrying her. Then Harkhu and Akbar got married, this was not a shameful thing and Raja Bharmal was praised by persian priests and Sikh Gurus for his act of honoring Dharma and Nari jaari (women). Later Harkhu became MUZ and her final rights were performed according to Muslim religion.

Translation
In the first few paragraphs it is said of the praising of Kshatriya Clan

and their strength and will to fight for their land against other clans

trying to take over their mother land. Second few paragraph says about

Babur coming to India and tried to spread his kingdom, but the Afghan

put him to the roads and so Humayun took shelter with his expecting

wife into a Rajputana family. After leaving his wife within the Rajput

family, he left to win India all over again. After which Jalal's births

happened in a Rajput home and the first 13 years of his life he spent

between Rajput family until his dads death. Then the next few

paragraphs explain the birth of Harkha Bai. She was the daughter of a

Persian maid of the Jodhpurs Princess, who later married Amer's King

Bharmal. When Harkha Bai was born her mother cried to the Princess of

Jodhpur that her daughter had no future due to never being able to

marry as of Persian culture. So the Princess of Jodhpur adopted and

promised the maid (Harkha Bai's mother) that she would get her daughter

married into a royal prince family. After which the Princess of Jodhpur

married King Bharmal of Amer and on the first night of their marriage

she told him about how Harkha Bai was her adoptive daughter and that

she promised her maid (mother of Harkha Bai) that she would get Harkha

Bai married into a royal family and secure her future. Upon hearing

this from his wife King Bharmal promised his wife that he will fulfill

her promise and also adopted Harkha Bai as his daughter. After

reaching marriage age Harkha Bai was getting many refusals from Rajput

families due to her background birth story, because no one wanted to

marry a Persian adopted Princess which left Harkha Bai's parents

disappointed and worried for her future and their promise. The rest

paragraphs explain how the marriage between Jalal and Harkha Bai was no

compromise instead it was a friendly approach from Jalal in sympathy

and respect toward King Bharmal. The story goes that one day Jalal came

to visit King Bharmal and asked him that why does he look worried. To

which the King answered that he was worried for his daughter Harkha Bai

and told him the the adoptive story of Harkha Bai. After hearing the

story Jalal asked, "Who will do the kanyadan?" (giving of daughter's

hand) And so King Bharmal answered, "I will", and then Jalal asked,

"Will she be married in Rajput traditions or Muslim traditions?",to

which King Bharmal said,"in Rajput traditions". So Jalal said that I as

well was born in Rajputana tho I am Persian and she is Persian and was

also brought up in a Rajputana family and so if you don't mind I can

marry your daughter. So after which Harkha Bai and Jalal were married.

She was the worshiper of Shree Krishna and later her name was put as

Mariam Uzmani. She was the mother of (Salim) Jahangir. Jahangir married

Harkha Bai's brother daughter who was a Rajput Princess from Jodhpur

whose name was Jodha and later was the mother of Shah Jahan. The rest

paragraph say how wrongly Jodha has been named with Akbar in the film

industry and drama industry though she was not his wife but instead his

daughter in law. At this false information that the Bollywood films has

portrayed created a protest from Rajputana families for this wrong

information. When Mughla-Azam was made not many showed interest in

correcting this information of Jodha and Akbar, but when Ashitosh

Gowarikar made his film Jodha Akbar, many protested that it was giving

wrong information on history because Jodha was not Akbars wife but she

was his daughter in law. The Amer Princess was Harkha Bai and later

named Mariam Uzmani but never was her name Jodha Bai. Other paragraphs

explain Ekta Kapoor the ruiner of women name and history and how

Bollywood movies portrayed the history all falsely. And rest paragraphs

talk on Kshatriya and Rajput. On how with time the brave clans of

Kshatriya and Rajputana is being forgotten and hidden behind falsely

movies and TV shows stories.

Thanks everyone for translating .🤗 Lol,A English ambassador to India once described how much Indian Salim looked compared to his father. That dispel this nonsense article.I am glad they are proud of their heritage, but they need to stop denying Jodha Bai's real history. The truth is she was Princess of Amer , a Rajput Princess, and Akbar's favorite consort. 😆 These people need to stop chanting about Kshatriya pride. 🤔

Is this true?😲 If this is really true then I am very sure that real Harkha wud not have been wat is being shown in the serial. She must have been a such a gem to get so much recognition post her marriage to Akbar😃. Akbar, no surprises there that he did this😃 Awesome!

Thanks pupu and Shwets😃
