A short update. hope you all will enjoy. I am still out and couldn't manage more but hope will be able to give a bigger one on saturday or sunday. Don't forget to comment😊

Part- 36

Anjali wanted to call Arnav's doctor to check him and if required then sedate him but Mamaji broke in, "No Anjali you won't do any such thing." He sounded sterner than he intended.

Anjali looked astonished and so others present in the room. They hadn't heard him using that tone anytime.

**

They were discussing in the room nearby Arnav's.

When he hadn't opened his room after a lot of request, pleading, Anjali had threatened him that she would order the servants to break the whole door down if required and she didn't care of his wrath later.

He had unlocked the door then.

Anajli and Akash had gone in. Mamaji had held Mami out knowing, that he will be freer with his siblings.

They were out of their wits, seeing the condition of the room and the man sitting over the destruction.

The room could use a renovation and redecoration. Arnav looked almost dead and drained out after all the effort he had put into smashing and thrashing and crying.

Anjali ran to her brother and held him close and so Akash but Arnav didn't reciprocate their hug rather her sat like a stone statue. He didn't budge from his place after lot of try form Anjali and Akash and later Mamiji. It was only Mamaji who watched everything afar and didn't try anything from his end.

Now when Anjali was suggesting something they had done years back Mamaji finally put his foot down.

"God forbid, what would you do Anjali if one fine morning you woke up to the knowledge that Shyam had left you without any trace and you don't even know why? You would react right? Then why is it so hard for you and for us to accept the simple thing for Arnav? He is not the thirteen years old anymore. Let him fight it himself. Do you want him to hold everything inside and show you that all is right in his world when he is breaking apart? "

Anjali looked little loss for an answer. Akash seemed thoughtful but Mamiji butt in "But we cannot let him suffer like that for a girl who doesn't even care for the person she claimed she loved and leave him like this knowing well that it would be the death of him. We all know how much he loves her? Didn't she know it herself?"

Mamaji wanted to argue but right now he had some important job to do, hence he said, "You have all tried. Now let me talk to Arnav and I don't want anyone to come behind me and it's an order."

Anjali, Akash and Mamiji's eyes grew wide in astonishment. They had never seen Mamaji in such Avatar. He resembled Rudra Pratap Singh Raizada , when in action.

Mamaji knocked Arnav's door and sighed getting no response but it was open anyway.

He found him sitting in same position. He sat down beside him and waited for any kind of acknowledgement from him. None came hence he started conversationally, "Why did she leave?"

He smiled when the answer came from his dead like nephew, "I don't know."

"Do you want to know?" Mamji asked looking straight on the wall.

"The only mystery I would like to solve now", Arnav answered not moving a centimeter from his place.

Mamaji had a mischievous glint in his eyes and a smile mysterious on his face as he said, "then who can stop ASR from doing that?"

Now Arnav looked square in his eyes as he heard him speak, "she is important. Isn't she?

He nodded.

"Then don't sit mourning. You are Arnav Singh Raizada and world is small place for you." Mamaji had full confidence on his nephew less more a son.

After almost two day Arnav smiled. A smile of its kind. Which wasn't Arnav but the ASR world knew and then he walked in to his bathroom with a pair of change. It was time for some action.

Mamaji smiled too and as soon as Arnav left he texted to a number which read "game on".

Khushi smiled after two days as she read the message.

Mami, Akash, Anjali and Shyam, who had just reached hearing the occurrence from panicked Anjali stared gob smacked.

They saw the ASR they knew walked down the stairs. He ordered HP to clean his room and call the interior designer to fix the room again and then walked out, but not before nodding once in their direction as if nothing happened.

They saw Mamaji smirking at them from the top landing and understood that something had conspired between this two.

They felt at ease seeing the change and all looked at the man with immense respect and trust in their eyes which he acknowledged with a slight nod before vanishing in the study. He had some more things to look after.

"Hey Pari Di..." Abhi stopped short at the sight before him. She was lost in a world of her own. She was playing something in her guitar. He was aware that his Di was a good guitarist but never had he given real time to find out how good?

It was beautiful. He also didn't miss the tears in her eyes.

Suddenly he felt guilty for believing that she will be fine all alone in India and let her be on her own.

Why it was always him who needed her protection his mother's care? Why not her?

He was sick and she sent Ma to take care of him. He was happy to see Ma but had he ever thought how her Pari Di will manage all alone in a city which was new to her?

Yes she was smart and mature still she needed them as much them.

He felt angry. Why always she was so understanding and sacrificing? Why couldn't she fight like him for things? Why couldn't she throw a fit like him? Why couldn't she eat their heads by her tantrum? Why always she was silent about her needs and problems?

But not anymore...

She needed to tell him and let him in and he would make sure of that.

And, with that resolve, he took steps towards hi Pari di.

Jay I am glad you are back from your vacation?

What is it so urgent?

I need your help to find Khushi.

What? Now where did she go?

Johannesburg. That all I know and I want you to find the rest.

Okay I will be at your office in half an hour.

Sure.

Arnav kept the receiver down and checked the time in his watch before opening flap of his laptop.

that was such a short update...after a long time...but a nice one...

Good to have u back. Missed u terribly. Awesome update. So love this mamaji. He is indirectly helping Arnav to find the actual truth. ASR back in action.

Arnav is not going to rest till he finds Khushi now

So ASR is back and Mamji is on Khushi's side!

Hope that mamaji knows what he is doing.
He is sure that arnav will not rest till he finds khushi.
Khushi indeed deserves all the pampering she can get.
Hope that arnav will find her soon.
