Chapter 7:

Zain sat there next to Aliya for the whole night expecting her to wake up and start their kit-kit but unfortunately that didn't happen.

He started to mumble under his breath.

Zain: Cheater, she went to sleep without having the kit-kit with me, she knows that I cant sleep without the kit-kit, but still why would she care? She is to busy sleeping and ordering me around. Don't know what is going to happen to me when she will ne returning home.

As soon as Zain said "returning", the doctor entered. Looking at his patient, he sighed as if something had to happen behind Aliya's sudden accident, but didn't know what. Zain was looking at each action that the doctor was taking before starting to talk in a worried way.

Zain: Doctor, is there anything wrong with Aliya or the child?

Doctor: No there is nothing wrong with them, but there is something fishy about the way Aliya's accident happened.

Zain: Meaning?

Doctor: I meant to say that went I was doing the operation, I noticed Aliya's sandals that the nurses took off for her had oil on them. They were very oiled which could have led her to loose balance on the stairs.

Zain: What??? You mean that someone put oil on Aliya's sandals so that she can fall and have a fatal accident?

Doctor: Yes, but I am not saying that your family members did it, because the concern that everyone showed specially Mrs Usman Abdullah. She seemed so nice and caring but I was shocked to see one person's reaction to this accident.

Zain: Who is that person?

Doctor: It was a young lady, she was wearing a pink short kurta and a white long skirt, she had her hair out and she wears quite a lot of make up, and her name starts with a B...

Zain suddenly thought that it was Barkat because she was wearing all the things that the doctor had said, but he didn't want to believe in him. He would never think that his sister would do anything to Aliya.

Zain: Is it Barkat?

Doctor: Yes... that's her name...she was sitting there and playing on her phone, she didn't look concerned, then suddenly she got a call and said "I did it" , first I thought that maybe it was another thing but then when your mother called her, she said she had an important appointment and she left smiling.

Zain: But... I don't think she would do anything like that.

Doctor: I am not saying that she did it, I am just saying that I think you should keep an eye on her, it can always be her!

With this, the doctor left the room leaving Zain confused, he never imagined his sister would do that. But... No one ever knows what might happen and what might not.

It was early morning. Zain woke up with a really bad night mare, he quickly checked on Aliya and his laddu (his daughter).

They were both alright, but what was wrong then? Why did have that weird and scary night mare.

Soon after him, Aliya woke up feeling someone holding her even though she was safe, she saw his worried face.

Aliya: WOW...my kit-kit is worried for the 1^st time.

Zain: Your kit-kit??? Now I am not your kit-kit anymore, I am my princess kit-kit.

Aliya: Oh...so now you are going to teach her how to kit-kit as well??

Zain: Yes...maybe...

Zain forgot all his worries, he became the old Zain again, free from any kind of worry and if he had any then he would gift them to Aliya but this problem or more like mystery is not going to Aliya because she had enough to worry about now, he thought.

Soon the nurse entered the room, gave Aliya some pain killers and gave the baby, her first injection. Like every baby, she didn't cry while the nurse was giving the injection, she started to laugh showing her toothless gum.

Aliya: Aree... why are laughing my princess? Doesn't it hurt?

Zain: Why would it hurt? It tickles.

Aliya: Zain look after her, I am coming back.

Zain: Where are you going?

Aliya: I am going to get changed.

Zain: OK.

After Aliya left, Zain went next to their new born baby, he couldn't imagine that one day he will have a kid, he will look after her, make her eat, bath, sleep...he was so happy! He wanted to thanks Aliya for the best gift ever, but didn't know how. Zain started to get bored, he started to talk to his precious daughter.

Zain: Hello... what should I call? Princess or Cutie... I think I will call you Princess, I know your ammi already decided to call you that but you know how I am, I do not listen to anyone except my little Princess.

The little started to laugh, Zain was amused by this sudden emotion, he started to feel a feeling building inside him. He thought that being a father of a child is the worst thing in the world but today his misconception made him red, he was ashamed of himself, he thought that having a child would be the last thing he would have in life but today, that is the 1^st thing he had in life.

Al that time Aliya was looking at Zain and her new born baby, she was still weak and needed help but didn't want to disturb the father and daughter conversation.

Aliya finally decided to walk in the room, Zain saw her and was mesmerized by her beauty as usual, by then the whole family came to take Aliya back home except Barkat and that didn't miss Zain's eyes.

Usman: WOW... Zain miah, you are taking good care of your wife and daughter.

Surraya: Usman sahib stop teasing him, now he is not just a husband but also a father.

Zain: Mom, let him... I don't care anymore simply because I will be too busy taking care of my princess.

Fahad: So, Zain who is you princess? Aliya or the little laddu?

Aliya was burning bright red, she was embarrassed by the sudden words that Fahad had said and also by Zain's answer.

Zain: Bhai??? What would you do if I say Aliya? And what would you do if I say the little laddu?

Fahad: Nothing special...

Zain: Bhai??? You never called Nafisah or Shazia bhabi princess did you??? You are so unromantic yaar...

Fahad: Come Zain... not I am the one who is supposed to tease you...

Zain: By the way mom where is Barkat?

Surraya: Barkat is at home. She didn't want to come saying that she doesn't like very crowed places.

Zain got confused, he always thought that Barkat really liked her bhabi, but what happened today? She was always there for Aliya and plus Aliya was one to save Barkat, but Zain suddenly started to doubt Barkat, but he couldn't make a conclusion without any evidence and for that he need Aliya's help, no... he cant take Aliya's help otherwise Aliya will get shocked and hurt.

Precap: Zain and the whole family coming home and having a shocked face when they faced Barkat, Zain telling the family about Barkat.

Chapter 8:

After a long journey the Abdullahs finally returned home with the new born baby. Everyone was so happy, they were all carrying the baby one by one. Zain and Aliya were coming together, because of Aliya's weak health Zain had to hold her so that she doesn't fall over. Fahad couldn't stop teasing Zain, but being the most stubborn person on Earth, Zain didn't care about Fahad.

Fahad: Zain since when did you become so responsible?

Zain: Bhai, when Arub was born you picked Bhabi up so that she doesn't get hurt.

Fahad: Zain... Forget it!

Aliya: Zain did Fahad Bhai really do that? Nafisah Bhabi, did he really do that?

Zain: He just pick her up here he kept in his arms until they reached their bed.

Aliya: Zain... really??? And how do you know that?

Zain: Because we all saw.

With their kit-kit, they also entered the house. Zain and Aliya after everybody but were more chocked then the others. Barkat was on a position to hit Ayat but no one knew why. Ayat was bruised and hurt.

Aliya: Ayat!!!

Zain: Ayat!!!

Everyone was shocked, they couldn't believe what they were saying. Aliya started to run toward Ayat but couldn't reach, she got hurt as well.

Aliya: Arggg...

Zain: Aliya what happened?

Aliya: It's really hurting...

Aliya couldn't hold the pain anymore, she was crying looking at Ayat, she didn't know what was happening, her whole world started to black out and then...she fainted.

Usman: Zain take Aliya upstairs and we are taking Ayat upstairs.

Zain: Yes dad.

Zain quickly took Aliya upstairs and made her lie down, he pulled the duvet on her and left to go and check on Ayat, he was shocked, he couldn't believe that Barkat was trying to hit Ayat, or maybe she did. But now he had to know the real reason behind everything going one.

He soon reached Ayat's room where everyone was surrounding her.

Zain: Mom, Dad you all leave I will be there with her.

Shabana: Ok, lets go.

Ayat: Jiju...

Zain: Ayat...shush, don't worry, I am here. Tell me what happened today.

Ayat: I was getting bored in my room, so I thought that maybe I could go and spent time with Barkat appi, when I was going to enter her room, I heard her talking to Rocky, she was saying that her first plan flopped but her second wont, she will kill the baby and put the blame on appi, I was recording what they were saying, suddenly ChandBibi called me and they saw me, Barkat started to say all sort of stuff, and ...

Zain: And what???

Ayat: Barkat is not Barkat, she is Hassina from London, she came here as Barkat to take revenge, they all planned it.

Zain: Who's plan?

Ayat: Meer Khan, Hassina and Rocky.

Zain: Ok, don't worry, I always thought that I had 2 sisters but now looks like I preferred to have only one sister that too half mad.

Ayat: After all whose sister I am?

Zain: Oh yeah, that's true.

They were talking about everything that happened to them, Aliya woke up and took the little princess with her downstairs. Tea was ready, they were all enjoying it except Barkat who was tensed.

Barkat: Ammi, where is Bhai and Ayat?

Zain: We are here, mom we have very sad news for you.

Surraya: What Zain?

By then the police reached. Everyone was confused but not more then Aliya and Surraya, they were scared and shocked.

Surraya: Zain, what is all this? Why is the police here?

Zain: Mom, the girl whose hand you are holding right now isn't your daughter, she isn't Barkat, she is Hassina Khan, Meer Khan's real daughter, she was sent here to destroy our family's happy life and specially Aliya, Rocky the boy that tricked Ayat and wanted to kill me is this betrayer's boyfriend, she came here to take away our happiness.

Barkat (Hassina): Bhai what are you saying? I am fake?

Zain: No who said that you are fake? You are real, if you were fake then you would have been made out of plastic am I right?

Ayat: Yes, Jiju you are right!

Barkat: But before taking this unknown girl's side...

Zain: She isn't unknown, she is my little sister and I also have evidence to prove you wrong.

Barkat: Show us.

Zain: Fine!

Zain turned the video on, where Rocky and Barkat were talking and making plans, everyone was shocked, Surraya was broken, she was so happy when she thought she found her daughter back but now it's not her daughter anymore.

Police: Sir, may we?

Zain: Yes sure!

Barkat: Fine there is no pint in hiding my identity anymore, yes I am Hassina Khan, Meer Khan's daughter, I was born and brought up in New Delhi, I met Rocky there and 2 years later we started dating, during the last 2 months he seemed worried and he told me everything about Ayat, Zain and Aliya so I thought that I might be able to help him, so I asked my abbu about this family and he told me and also told me that Usman's daughter was missing since the last 18 years and so I am here as Barkat just to take revenge, I had a master plan in mind which would have worked and put all of you in hell only if this disgusting didn't talk.

Police: Stop your drama and lets go!

Aliya: No wait, I want to ask one last question to her.

Barkat: What???

Aliya: Why were you doing all this even after knowing how much this family loved their daughter?

Barkat: Because I wanted them to miss their daughter even more! You...

Usman: Hassina, maybe everyone missed Barkat a lot but I didn't...because my daughter is right in front of me!

Surraya: Usman sahib what are you saying? How can you not miss our daughter?

Usman: Surraya begum, why would I miss my daughter when she is always in front of me?

Everyone was confused except the Shabana, Ghulam and Zain. Aliya was shocked and confused but didn't want to talk in case she would say the wrong thing in the wrong time. By then the police also took Hassina.

Zain: Yes mom, dad is right? Why would we miss Barkat if she is always in front of us?

Aliya: Zain what non-sense are speaking?

Zain: I am not speaking non-sense, am I dad?

Usman: No beta, you are absolutely right!

Zain and Usman started to walk up to Ayat, which made her scared and more confused.

Zain: Why are scared... Bakbak?

Ayat: Bakbak??? Since when did I become a bird?

Usman: Since the day Zain and Fahad started to call you Bakbak.

Surraya: What non-sense is this Zain??? Why are making Ayat Barkat?

Shabana: Because she is Barkat bhabi.

Everyone was shocked specially Aliya, her little sister, the little girl who would always cry exactly at 6 am in the morning because she didn't want to wake up now became Zain Abdullah's sister.

Aliya: What??? Ammi... what are saying??? Ayat is Barkat??

Shabana: Yes beta, Ayat is not Ayat, she is Barkat. When Meer Khan kidnapped Barkat, Ghulam sahib went and saved her, we thought that we will bring Barkat back as soon as we can but then Usman bhai said no, we couldn't bring her back because for the moment Meer Khan could do anything to the family to take revenge so we kept her with us, Aliya beta you were really young then and so you thought that she was your sister, Usman bhai said that we shouldn't call her Barkat in front of the world otherwise it would bring more problem, so we decided to call her Ayat in front of the world. After a few years she really became our daughter. Usman sahib would often come to visit us to see Barkat.

Everyone was shocked but relieved that Barkat was fine, Aliya was crying, she couldn't believe that Ayat was no more her sister, that she became Barkat, Zain's sister. Ayat, the new Barkat was shocked and sad. She couldn't believe that the persons that she called ammi and abbu were not her abbu and ammi but her phupa and phups. The most surprised person was Surraya, she was really happy to see Barkat but was still feeling quite sad for the Haider, they will Barkat (Ayat) really badly, she thought .

Surraya: My child, come here.

Barkat: Ammi... abbu, why?

Surraya: What why beta?

Barkat: Nothing.

Barkat, Usman and Surraya were hugging, Barkat was happy to be united with her new parents but she will miss her old parents.

Aliya: Barkat...I am not your appi anymore, I am your bhabi...

Aliya couldn't control her tears anymore, she ran to her room; she was shocked and broken completely, her sister now became her sister in law. She wanted to cry her heart out. Zain was shocked with this sudden gesture of Aliya but could understand her pain, he went through the same pain, he was able to control it but he couldn't see Aliya crying, he also ran behind her. When he reached the room, he saw a broken Aliya crying holding her and Ayat's picture she couldn't hold the picture anymore, she was shaking. Zain went next to her and sat down, holding her.

Zain: Aliya I know what you going through, but Barkat will be you sister, breaking a siblings relation isn't easy so trust me you won't be able to call her you sister in law, you will call her laddu as usual.

Aliya: But is no more my sister, is she? I will not ever be able to call my laddu. Why did you have to take her away from me? Why Zain?

Zain: Look...Look here!!! Aliya Ayat I mean Barkat will always be your sister, it is just official but when it comes to relationships one shouldn't care about anything official, you taught me this, Aliya.

Aliya: Really Zain? Will she always be my laddu?

Barkat: Yes appi, I will always be your laddu, no matter what!

Aliya was happy, both sister ran toward each other and crushed into a warm hug, Aliya and Barkat were crying uncontrollably, they were both happy. Slowly the Haider took their leave as well. Aliya went to her room, with her little daughter, she wanted to sleep, Zain was happy that everything when back to the shape. Barkat was in her room, looking up to the sky and having flashback of all the good time spent in Bhopal, she was crying silently. Zain also came and sat down next to his little Bakbak, after putting his Aliya and daughter to sleep.

Zain: What happened?

Barkat: Nothing just missing Bhopal a lot.

Zain: You know what? I was thinking of doing the name ceremony of the little Aliya in Bhopal.

Barkat: Really? Are you seriously going to do in Bhopal?

Zain: Yes I am serious, I told mom and dad, and they told me that we could go tomorrow morning.

Barkat: I want to go as well! You will take me right??? If you don't then I will never talk to you ever again!

Zain: Hey, mad girl, am I going by myself? If I don't take you, my wife I mean your sister will kill me! Anyway what name would you like to give to your niece?

Barkat: Me! I would like to give her Zaya. You will keep it right!

Zain: Ya Allah, even Aliya said that she would like to keep Zaya as her name, you two have a strong bonding, you both know what you want don't you?

Barkat: Bhai?

Zain: Hmmm...

Barkat: Can I go to sleep now?

Zain: Yes you can and turn your tears tap off., otherwise you wont have enough when you need it.

Barkat: OK.

Zain left for his room, he was really tired but also really happy. Tomorrow is his little princess's name ceremony and her name will Zaya as per Aliya and Barkat choice.

With this everyone sleeping safe and sound. Smiling in their sleep and having sweet dreams. Everyone was happy and safe. No more problem, no more worries.
