TOI article SC to end in june

If sources are to be believed, it is Gautam Rode and
Jennifer Winget-starrer Saraswatichandra, which
will soon get the axe.
The channel has decided to pull the plug on the
show, which launched on February 25, 2013. It's
tipped to end some time in June. Originally
produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali's production
house, Saraswatichandra changed hands after the
Bollywood producer failed to rake in great
numbers and went to Sunjoy and Comall Wadhva's
Sphere Origins in August, 2013. Says a source
associated with the show, "Yes, it is
Saraswatichandra on the radar next. The show is
tipped to end in June.
But it might get an extension if the new show lined
up to replace it takes time to hit the tube. Another
reason is that the channel doesn't have slots vacant
for new shows and hence, they are forced to axe a
few."
Despite repeated attempts, we couldn't reach
Gautam for comment.

Frequently these kind of news are coming 😭 don't know whether to trust or not.. but there are many boring shows why they can't be axed? why sc? 😭

🤣 Subzzz all other shows which you called boring have high TRP. 😆 how can channel axe them? Sometimes i feel why this show is on star plus 😆 coz if you compare with other channel shows SC's TRP is too high 😆 but still sad state 🥱 😆

No way! They said SC might get axed at least 4 times before and it didn't happen. Let's hope it's the same this time too. I think this show can easily go on for another 6 months!
