Hey Guys,
I am appalled by this forum we got such a fantastic episode yesterday and not one post was made on it. I cant do it all individually we all need to pull or weight for the forum. Even I am busy with my exams but I am still making time. Well looks like I will have to continue individually even for yesterday's episode. Sorry to have a rant but I am only telling the truth.
Well anyway, I was particularly impressed by the way Kaira found out. I mean usually the truth in most shows comes out this way and the victim finds out in the end by eavesdropping over a conversation but I was most impressed by Kaira's reaction. The girl's breakdown was outstanding. The trust that she had in Vikram Dhanrajgir faltered in seconds, she realised what her brother Adi was doing for her...picturing all the memories of the wedding, the party and wondering why she is always suffering. This girl at such a young age has seen so many heartbreaks. She has only seen "dard" in relationships and love. One thing I must credit CV's for is though they have shown Aditya the "pyaar" of relationships through Pankhuri somewhere in some characters like Kaira they have portrayed how hard love can be and that there is always pain for some.
I really connected with Kaira when she broke down in the mandir. She was helpless but I admired her confidence in the breakfast scene. She accepted her pain so easily from within and decided to show Vikram a lesson. That is what I love most about Kaira. She stands up for herself. That is why she is different from Pankhuri and maybe any other lead in a show. She is a wonderful person would give her life for the people she loves but wont accept revenge or any form of torture from anyone. I knew she wouldn't have it when she finds out. The way she sharply called Vikram "cheap" was wonderfully done. She didn't even spare Varun but she was right. Varun should have informed Kaira long back.
I am glad Aneesha Nani stopped Vikram from slapping "her Kaira" I am sure she must have been relieved that her Dadima was by her side. Pankhuri was sharp with her replies and all in all it was a dhamakedaar face off.
The question is How will the Deewans react when everyone knows the truth? We know that Rubal will get angry just like that but they have to work together but also look after Kaira.
The episode deserves a 9.5/10 because there is always room for improvement and Kaira was the star of the episode. Her pain, the realisation was beautifully done by Prinal. She is a very good actor and I hope the CV's continue to develop her character it has so much potential.
Kudos CV's for giving us a wonderful episode! 👏

Agree with you post Sonia, great post. I was also amazed that no one made a post, but guess I cant speak as I didn't either. Sorry. We must all try our best.
Anyway, yes I loved Kaira yesterday!!!!!👏 Wow!!!!! Hats off!!!!!! The way she came downstairs and was not afraid at all of Vikram, disobeyed him openly and challenged him too, threatened him she will go back!!! how I wished she had!!!
And Aneesha Nani!!!! I was surpirised and super happy when Aneesha nani said 'her Kaira!' Wow!!! I loved seeing her stand up for Kaira and her marriage- the same woman who had said she would have no connections with the Deewans or Kaira. Well done Aneesha Nani!!!!!
Kairas scene when she broke down was very emotional. The way she cried for her brothers, her family. It is really unfair that it happened with her. I didn't like it how poor Kaira has to suffer. but hopefully now her family wont let her suffer for long, as now they are all in this together!!!!! Vikram should start counting backwards now!!!

I also loved the episode, loved the way Kaira called Vikram cheap and all, she was was not afraid. I feel so sorry for her, I have a feeling that she thinks Amrita and Varun are also bad. Varun the muppet should have told Kaira long ago, he likes her too.

I wonder what is going to happen today. I am so excited 😃

I think Kaira is the one who has the most potential to become the next Avantika. She is after all her niece. Preeti is too impulsive. But I think Kaira could prove to be more mature. I think with Avantika's guidance she can surly become another her. Vikram did acknowledged that Avantika can turn Kaira into someone like her, coz she is "smart and intelligent" just like her aunt.
Hats off to Kaira. Like Avantika said to Harish, how long will they keep giving into Vikram's demands and letting him use the fact that they are from the girls side? She asked WHY do people think that once they marry their daughter off that those people have done them a "favour"? In fact WE have done THEM a favour by marrying her to their family, coz they are the one's profiting from it.

I am not Indian. I am from New Zealand, but my family is originally from Sri Lanka. But in my culture, we would consider it an insult to take money from the girl's family to resolve issues in a guy's family. I am sure there are some shameless people who don't care and do take money from their in law's. But generally speaking it is looked down on.

If everyone REFUSED to give into these demands at the outset, then these things don't continue to happen in countries like India. I just DONT understand this concept of treating a daughter like a burden? I know I have lived most of my life in a western country. But I am still from Asia, and I know that in some Asian countries this is NOT the case. We don't all think that daughters are a burden. This is a VERY old fashioned view. These days most girls are very educated and have their own income. So HOW are they a burden?

I went to university and I got an education. I worked for 11 years full time until I recently quit coz now I have two small kids and I want to give them more time. But for a long time I had my own income. Now we have a household income. But even tomorrow I can go and get another job or find a way to have income of my own. That is why a girl being educated is MOST important.

But India really needs to get with it. The country has progressed SO much in the past 50 years! Turned into an industrial state and a business hub etc. It is time to give the mindset a re think as well! When you see people even from educated and sophisticated backgrounds behaving this way... What can you expect from village people with no education??

My comments are not indented to cause offence. They are merely an observation I have made over a long time of seeing this sort of thing happening in India.

Truly! Kaira was the star of the episode! Even though she did break down, unlike both her brothers she was very sensible and I just loved the way she reacted to the situation.

Would love it even more, if the CV's show Kaira not returning to Vikram's house and being in Deewan Mansion, working in the office, just like how Avantika would. That would be an inspiration for all the girls who are stuck in their 'sasural' just because they feel that the society won't accept them and also because they want to be married, even if the husband is a 6 foot lamp post!!

You took the words right out of my mouth. I don't know why "being married" is so important to some women? I am married too. But why would you want to be married at the expense of your self respect and your own dignity and that of your family's? What is the worth in such a relationship?

People need to respect the decision any women makes to leave such a situation. Being fearless is the only way to tackle such things and you yourself have to be strong and answer people back if they ask you why you left your husband's home? It is YOU who should shut people up before they can say anything!!

I really hope they show Kaira and the family continue to be strong against Vikram and his dirty tactics! He is truly and appalling sleaze! Hate him!

I actually hope Kaira follows in Avantika's footsteps. She should create an identity of her own. I wonder if the next track with include Kaira joining the family business and Payal having difficulty with that in the same way that Sheila had difficulty with Avantika.
I think it would be great to see Sheila on the other side for once realizing the bigger picture of how narrow minded she used to be. A bahu's rights to the family home shouldn't be any less than a daughters.
