Zain couldn't bare the pain of loosing his child anymore, he wanted support, he wanted to cry his heart out, but he couldn't he had to recompose himself for Aliya, he had to make her understand that their child will be happy with Allah and that Allah took their child for good. He had to look after his innocent wife who nearly gave her life to save his sister, who brought the Abdullah's happiness back but instead who lost her own child in return, was this her reward for bringing the happiness back? He thought.

Everyone was crying, soon the Haider's also reached the hospital, Nafisah called them up, and told them what happened to their precious daughter.

Shabana and Ayat were crying uncontrollably, they were shocked and sad to know that Aliya was on the verge to give her life for Barkat but then how she lost her child, who was only about 8 months old.

Shabana: Zain beta...where is my child?

Zain: Phups, she is inside, don't worry, she is fine.

Zain couldn't hide his pain anymore, he hugged his phups for support, as if his life was going away from him.

She didn't know why but she wanted to go to Aliya and hug her and tell her that everything was fine, nothing will happen to her. Few minutes later the doctor appeared.

Doctor: Your wife is in room 56, and also we have a good news...

Everyone looked puzzled at him, they didn't know what the good news is going to be, but still had a hope that it was going to be about the child.

Zain: What is the good news?

Doctor: The good news is that we somehow managed to save both lives, you are a father of a very beautiful daughter. Allah's wish is always above all.

Shabana and Surraya: Really??? You saved my daughter's life?

Doctor: Yes... is she both of your daughter?

The doctor was puzzled now but he knew that all this was somehow connected to the child. The doctor knew that someone tried to kill Aliya otherwise she couldn't have fallen of the stairs.

Surraya: No doctor, she is Shabana's biological daughter and she is my daughter in law.

Usman: Are you two going to stay here or go to meet Aliya?

Shabana: We are coming.

Everyone's smile came back on their face especially Zain, no one could imagine how happy he was, he ran to Aliya's room and found her sleeping next to her daughter.

Everyone was surrounding Aliya's bed, and staring at her with puppy eyes, everyone was so happy expect Barkat, she didn't want happiness in the Abdullah family, she wanted to destroy them, but why does she keep on bringing happiness into this family, she will have to do something to bring sadness and clouds on top of this house.

Aliya finally woke up and found her family surrounding her, she smiled at them and the first two people that went up to her were Shabana and Surraya (Surraya finally started to like her.)

Shabana and Surraya: Beta are you alright?

Aliya: Yes I am alright! Looking at both of them.

The whole family started to talk you Aliya at once which started to give her head aches but luckily the doctor came on time.

Doctor: You all have to leave now, only 1 person can stay here with her.

Zain: I will stay here!

To everyone surprise, Zain said he will. Everyone left and Zain had a very mischievous thought in his mind.

Zain: Anyway, everyone left now am leaving as well.

Aliya: What!!! But said that you were going to stay with me.

Zain: Why??? The little one is with you!

Aliya: OHHH! So you are jealous that I have a new company...

Zain: What!!! Why will I be jealous? Fine I will stay here!

Zain went and sat next to Aliya and stared at her until she fell asleep, he started to think about a name for his cutie.
