Will SONY Continue with DKBN?

This picture was posted in Oct 2013 --- This is what was expected from the serial --an amazing young couple Nandini & Rajveer who would have captured the hearts of the youth & older generations if the story had to revolve around them -- there could have been Politics, romance & just enough fights to make it riveting to hold the interest of everyone --instead of it CV's deviated to GD-Nandini challenges which dominated the story with RV being shown as a weak character & the story going in circles where GD destroyed all the happy interesting moments ---Really hope the Channel & Producer of DKBN work things out & the serial gets another chance with a fresh start to focus on what they promised to deliver --- Keerti & Rafi along with the entire team would be able to change the viewers opinion & get in good TRP's -- I believe the DKBN team deserve some time from the channel by continuing with the serial & giving them another time slot ---

I think Sony should continue with DKBN for a little more time & then decide on the fate of the serial-- Any comments

The story line has gone beyond redemption. It deviated totally from the original concept that was promoted, to the extent , that there is no more hope for this show to survive.

I thought it would be different and entertaining...but alas...its one of the worst show I have seen...not that I have seen a lot but sufficient to know that this show creative have no single clue on what real politics is all about and hence the end result: FAILURE.

Perhaps cant even use failure here coz they never even tried at all!

What is very sad and disappointing is this show could have been used as a platform to address current social, political and financial issues surrounding the country. Yes, they did touch on a few social issues but they were not dealt deeply enough...done almost careless ignorance with no supporting research.

They had enough time to make it good but the creatives were busy planning kitchen challenges, tit for tats taunts , revenge . and all these succeeded in making them a complete fool of themselves.

Seriously don't know what the producers and channel were thinking with this show.And no They cant blame it on the viewers when they didn't stick to their end of the bargain .

They can have many excuses on why the show didn't do well. As long as the story is good, acting superb and demanding producer and director, the show would have done well even if it was shown on an ungodly hour.

But what did they do? Nothing...they did everything for the viewers to not to watch it but NEVER attempted to do jany ustice to the show of what was supposed to be. The original story.

Nothing left to salvage this show...what could there be possibly be?

So, Sarah., I would really want the show to discontinue soon if not yesterday!

I am hoping the show ends asap and the actors can move on and try for better options!🤢 I have watched some shows on Hindi television and still do but this by far has been the crappiest show I have across!😡😡😡

Agree with u both silambu n chitts.
The makers have never attempted to make the show watchable. its totally unbearable I have seen many Indian daily soaps and could say that this is one of the worst show of tellywood. No offence to any actors but there is no story at all. Almost all tracks are without any 'sir or pair'
I didnot watch all its episodes but whatever episodes I got to watch, i can say that not a single track was worth to watch except few ones

Its better to end d show so that actors can concentrate on some new venture

I do believe the creatives made a lot of mistakes by getting fixated with the GD-Nandini tit for tat stuff & got stuck in a rut --- But the show has talented actors who have really worked hard & do justice to they roles and deserve to have a chance of seeing the serial turned around & doing well & certainly with how the last few episodes have been going there is hope for this serial --

And coming to deviation from original concept --85% of all serials start with a concept which they deviate from --However DKBN has shown quite a few social issues & even though these were not shown in detail, it certainly did a lot more than some serials which are run for a long time but have unrealistic stories with no social, political relevance -- DKBN touched on topics like female infanticide, Politicians who do nothing for people except exploit they emotions , Politicians who use villages to win votes & then never do anything for them once they win, it also shows how hardcore politicians like GD manipulate people for they own self interest -- the serial also highlights the class differences well --

In terms of family values we have seen Rajveer go from a son who did everything to appease his mother to a loving husband who now stands up to his mother or anyone else who talks about his wife-- We have seen Nandini walk out of her husbands house only to gain the love & respect of her husband & go back with him to build a stronger relationship --- If the serial continues with the right changes it WILL do well ---

Keerti & Rafi given the chance will make a winning team ---

I think it is a good idea to axe these two serials. because nandini is proceeding directionless. and jee le zara has finishing living.

I mean saanchi is happily married. sister' s life is sorted out. brother is fine. what more is there?

as for nandini she is not proceeding in the direction where she is going to be "desh ki beti"

she is just glorifying rajveer whom she married because of gd's plotting.

and then rajveer's original girlfriend turned out to be a moneymonger and he caught that on time. so now he is girlfriendless.

but that does not decrease nandini's troubles. she is glorifying rajveer, trying to help him play the piano, cooking food for him etc etc even as mom GD creates misunderstandings. and dadiji is also making raajveer to be a big shot. always referring as the raajkumar etc. irritating. one gets tired of seeing the same expression on nandini going up to GD and fighting for raajveerji. and which mommy would let her own son hit by a bullet on purpose? and try to hurt his hand so that he does not play piano? all for political ambitions? it looks like evrybody in that household is living a life of fake. till nandini comes along. it is like that in all serials. for shahi khandaan the raghuvanshi parivaar ka dil bahut chota hai be it GD or her co sister and her bahu. to that extent that they fill hot water in the bowl where nandini had to step into when she did grihapravesh.

guys if no one knew this kind of framing, creating misunderstandings, etc they will learn from this serial. that way this kind of thing is doing so much harm to society. and as if that was not enough they had put character assassination blame on nandini. that is it. "charitra par umli utthaya" and nandini is back in maike. "d block" and her ever irritating mom says. a bahu's dead body should only go from the sasural. how crappy.

and with this piece of logic from her sati savitri mom nandini stays on in her maike. and dear rajveerji comes to manao her. and then she says

"aap hi aap.aur main kuch bhi nahi hoon?" did you realise this just now dear? all along you were playing up rajveer as some big shot yourself. now you are bursting out ?

and then now nandini is pacified and is back in her sasural. now sister in law who is going to be engaged to suryavanshi(my my ) says she is in love with nandini's own brother d block guy. and threatens to poison herself. cannot get any "better" than this. better to axe it. and as if all this is not enough now abhay is in "love" with nandini even as she starts her married life with rajveer. and nandini has only one expression in her face even now.

how much confusion can there be.?

ahh. I forgot one more thing. when nandini's character was questioned. GD the mil kept abhay in his job as if he did nothing. if nandini was caught cheating her husband then abhay should also be thrown out then and there. but GD's logic is unless the girl "agrees" the guy "cannot" do "anything". my question is even if the girl "agrees" cheating /adultry is cheating/adultry and the guy if involved with or without the girl's consent(without the girl's consent is some other type of offence) is he not also a culprit? why do they throw mud at nandini and insult her when the guy who is supposed to have cheated with her is still on the job in the house? even if nandini consented to cheating with abhay is abhay not committed an offence against rajveer who he works for? that was really hilarious of not offending.

there should be no more pearls of wisdom from these people. axing is good.

how much more time do they want? as the serial goes on it gets more and more irritating. what with GD plotting the rest of the house members rude and nandini rhetorical. with same expression.

rajveerji playing the piano and then not being able to play the piano. and dadiji with the same expression

abhay as party public relations officer/secretary does nothing other than plotting along with GD and then now more complicated falling in "love" with nandini.

really they do not know which way to take the story. and it gets more and more complicated. better to axe it. the sooner the better.
