he will be accepted,Laajo loves him way too much, but it is good to see attitude, but I feel her character wont do nakhras...she will accept him ,but it might have issues with her parents and even baba and anuradha might not accept, so I feel more than laajo Nikhil will have to make people believe he is true to his feelings.

He has cried wolf(ishaana) for so long that now no one may be willing to believe him😆

Exactly no one will beleive him noone will accept him and its so natural .

yes swapna it will be about how to make them believe lol..laajo will but rest wont ...that will be my guess, see Laajo loves him too much but still she should show some attitude...
