Scene 1
Continuation of the previous episode. A goon drives up to a shop and informs the guy there that some Dhankuti (?) bhai has sent him there. The shopkeeper leads him into an abandoned store and hands over a parcel, warning him not to open it or it'll cost him his life. The goon grows suspicious and calls his boss for confirmation, who scolds and tells him to get the parcel immediately. The goon sobers up, takes the parcel and quietly departs.
Scene 2
ACP sir and the others are seen enquiring in the chawl about Sangeeta and Nalini's murders. One of the boys there asks about Ketan and leads them to his house. They find the door locked and discuss the case among themselves while a locksmith helps them open it. ACP sir, Sachin and Pankaj go inside and see the fans still turned on and a full glass of tea; ACP sir construes something happened all of a sudden and Ketan disappeared. He finds an envelope marked 25th March 2014 - the day on which Ketan went missing. Sachin finds another sealed envelope, with no markings. As soon as he opens it, it explodes releasing a large amount of toxic smoke. With great difficulty, they manage to get out and attend to Sachin until he recovers and insists on getting back on work at once. Using fans, they dispel the smoke in the room. They cut open the envelope and see "15000" printed inside in reverse. ACP sir construes someone must've enclosed money for Ketan inside and it must've been written with some special kind of pencil so as to be imprinted inside the envelope. They decide to find out about the same.
Scene 3
ACP sir, Sachin and Pankaj reach a stationery store and show the imprint to the shopkeeper, who recognizes it as created using 6B or 8B pencils which are expensive and generally used by art and designer students. He adds that two people from the chawl often order these pencils via phone, and provides their kholi numbers.
Scene 4
ACP sir and team visit the person in question, Phalgun Rao (?) and question him about the envelope and Ketan. Inside his room, they find several 8B pencils. When Phalgun begins misbehaving, Sachin hands him a butt-kicking session and he confesses that Chapta had asked him to give the envelope to Ketan. He adds that Chapta used to pay him to deliver 2 envelopes to several people - one with money and the other with a smoke bomb. When the smoke knocked out their victims, they stole everything from there. Also, Chapta wishes to buy the entire chawl.
Scene 5
In the chawl, a boy tells his neighbourhood people that he's going to village for some urgent work and his Kallu and Kancha chachas will be staying at his place until he returns. We're shown that these two are none other than Abhijeet and Daya sirs in disguise. They greet the boy and proceed to go to his place. The locals express their clear disdain about them.
Scene 6
At night, on a deserted road, a watchman sees a speeding car and tries to stop it, but it nearly runs him over.
Scene 7
At the chawl, Purvi and Nikhil arrive in village-attire disguise saying that they've purchased Nalini's kholi and will be shifting there. When the people expression suspicion, they show papers to prove it and proceed to move into the room.
Scene 8
In a junkyard, ACP sir and the others are seen Chapta's corpse which has been found in the trunk of the car we had seen speeding. Sachin construes the person who employed him disposed of him after all his targets were destroyed. ACP sir notes how he's been shot straight through the hands and on the head, implying how he tried to defend himself. Sachin says the killer removed the car's registration and chassis number, as well as all fingerprints. ACP sir tells Pankaj to contact their car expert Shantanu and questions the injured watchman there, who recalls how he barely saved himself from the crazed speeding car and soon found it parked empty there, with the corpse in its trunk. Shantanu arrives and finds out that the car belongs to some 2009 series. Pankaj reveals that 5 people purchased such a car in 2009, one of whom is Darshan's nephew Tej.
Scene 9
ACP sir and the others visit Tej's house and meet his lady, who says he was very stressed after Chandru's death and suddenly left without explanation in his car - the same one in which Chapta's body was found. She asks if he is okay. ACP sir says Tej is likely responsible for Chapta's demise.
Scene 10
In the chawl, Abhi-Daya see one Ambar kaka teasing some kids in a game and try to force him into a challenge trying to buy his room. When he vehemently refuses, they lead him into his room and repeat their demand. Upon getting the same reply, Daya sir closes in on him. The people outside hear several dishum-dishum noises and a battered kaka ji stumbles out saying he will sell his room to the two and move away. When the other guy Venky tries objecting, he receives a buffet of blows as well and duo warn him not to interfere.
Scene 11
ACP sir and the others arrive at a warehouse where Tej's mobile was last known to be active. They search the place and Pankaj finds a heavily injured Tej lying among the boxes inside. ACP sir immediately calls for an ambulance and Sachin wonders who did this if Tej was supposed to be behind the murders. Baban, the owner of the warehouse and also Ambavadi chawl arrives there and ACP sir informs him about what happened, and orders him to come along.
Scene 12
In the chawl, a small boy arrives outside Purvi's room and tells her that some woman sent him to tell her to meet outside the gate. Purvi goes on to meet the woman and is captured by her and a group of goons (in a comic relief sequence) who are suspicious and want to find out why she and Nikhil arrived to stay in Nalini's room. Their lawyer arrives and informs that the papers are indeed registered in their name, and he can help the goons usurp it via fake papers if they murder them. Nikhil arrives and creates a distraction until Purvi snatches their gun and threateningly demands to know who their boss is.
Scene 13
Abhijeet and Daya sirs are seen discussing that Venky must surely be disturbed by their activities and will try to do something. A boy passes by and accuses them of murdering Venky. Shocked, they visit Venky's body and the people there angrily say that Venky suffered internal bleeding from their beating and died. They call the local police, who turn up to arrest them. Duo unhesitantly do as told, claiming they are innocent.
Scene 14
The two goons captured by Purvi and Nikhil are seen wondering about their lawyer's fate alone in the interrogation room. Outside, ACP sir and the others discuss on how to get their tongues loosened. The goons try to outsmart the cops by beating each other and blaming them for torture, but ACP cleverly has their plan recorded on video. Under pressure, the goons confess Venky told them to kidnap Purvi. He wished to have the chawl vacated and a large mall constructed in its place.
Scene 15
ACP sir and the others arrive at the chawl and the locals tell them that Kallu and Kancha have been arrested for murdering Venky. ACP sir reveals their true identity and Ambar kaka supports that saying he only staged the beating scene after they revealed themselves to him. He adds that Venky's body has been taken away by the police in their ambulance. Shreya unsuccessfully tries calling duo and grows worried, but ACP sir assures they'll be fine.
Scene 16
Abhi-Daya are seen being taken away by the two police guys and try talking to them. The guys evilly reveal that it's a trap to kill them, and the car is rigged with a bomb. They jump out while the jeep continues sliding down a dusty slope. The duo manage to free themselves and leap out just in time before the bomb goes off. The phony cops see this and quickly make their escape.
Scene 17
Ambar kaka leads the team to Venky's room. ACP sir sends Sachin and Shreya to search it and enquires about Venky. He's told that Venky had been living alone there for years. Sachin finds several wads of cash in Venky's room; ACP sir instructs him to look for more. Abhijeet and Daya sirs arrive to reunite with their colleagues. Sachin finds papers of a mall scheduled to be built in place of the Ambavadi and Gulabvadi chawls, of which Venky held a 20% partnership. Abhi-Daya reveal about the fake cops and deduce that Venky faked his death as well.
Scene 18
In a minefield, Venky and his cronies are seen holding an old man hostage, who is the owner of the Gulabwadi chawl. Venky gloats that they cleverly framed the owner of the Ambavadi chawl and had him arrested, and now he shall be killed and buried in the minefield, allowing them to vacate the chawl. Just as the mines begin exploding, the villains start getting away. The CID team arrives and our duo go on to rescue the chawl owner while Freddy sir, Purvi and Pankaj engage the culprits in a gun battle. A car arrives and picks up the villains, but the cops shoot and manage to disable the vehicle. They capture all the culprits including the driver, who turns out to be Tej's wife Shamli. Purvi hands her a tight SLAP (tm).
Scene 19
Shamli reveals that her father suffered serious losses when the work at the Gulabvadi chawl was halted, and their family was plunged into poverty. So she married Tej for his money and wanted to use it to raze the chawl and build a mall in its place. Then they began abducting and threatening people and framed Tej for Chandru and Chapta's murders. Venky sobs about having been tricked by duo's disguise. Abhijeet sir condemns their vile crimes and says they'll all rot in prison.
