Kissing in Bollywood movies

I have personally nothing against kissing in BW movies, the two roses butting heads of the old BW is ridiculous, but has the romance gone because of the kissing.

Killed romance a big time! Kissing is not the only way to create romance. MPK, HAHK, KKHH, DDLJ are example of that. These movies had no kissing scenes yet they are considered the most romantic movies.

I personally hate kissing (especially love making scenes) .. Why are they needed? Even a passionate hug can do that .. There are many epic movies which are still better than movies which have kissing scenes ..

I think Kissing scenes are okay, I guess but most of the time, they just do NOT fit in the script/scene and gel well. They're just randomly placed in movies and seem so awkward and forced...The best kissing scenes are..

1. Jab We Met - Geet finally pours her feelings out for Aditya and in a moment of impulse and passion, finally kisses him. Then the way Aditya looks into Geets eyes and kisses her back, you can just tell how much they've longed for each ofher. Then the way they look into each others eyes and smile. Awesome!

2. Dhoom 2 - Hrithik and Aish were hot together and their kiss was actually justified. Both of them just lived for each other in the end.

3. BBB - Talk about tension in that kiss scene 😆...the scene was like so long, with atleast 3 minutes focusing on them getting close and it escelating up to the kiss.

As long as the kiss has a nice flow to it and fits in the story and scene, I see no problem with it.
But I do think they need to STOP shoving random kissing in every film..there are more ways to show romance and passion without making it look awkward.

kissing is fine but romance is definitely missinglighting up the candles can be romantic

I think in Hindi movies kissing is unnecessary and not needed!! Only expect ion emraan movies lol!!

Bollywood kisses are so bad.Like 2 lizards kissing but its ok since everyone needs a break from the movie to go to loo.

Kissing is natural and it should look that way in movies but the problem is they focus on the technique so much that it ends up looking awkward in most BW movies.

Depends on the situation. Barfi and Sruthi kissing added to the romance and it was graceful imo. But they do tend to add unwanted kissing scenes for marketing reasons.

It's awkward most of the time and even gross. Katrina and SRK in JTHJ? That was the most unnecessary kiss ever.
