Normally, the common man gets the short end of the stick due to social status, economic standing.

But here, you isolate variables. You take economic standing out of the equation as show that even someone in power is going through discrimination, so just IMAGINE the degree to which it's worse for the common man.

Normally, you'd expect that celebs get spared by such prejudice. But if even high economic status and fame cant assist you dodge discrimination, then we have a real issue here. Then it's not a combination of different factors getting you inferior treatment, but one (prejudice on religious background) is strong enough to trump all.

Coz it shows that it doesn't matter if you're rich, famous, from a good family, or anything really which would make you a good candidate for housing. But if you're religious background is X, you're still being discriminated. Therefore, this is a serious issue.

Most of these celebrities are like political parties. They speak to take advantage in a particular situation. Their red threads on the wrist, red teeka on the forehead and kufi/skull caps appear just to instigate certain communities. I'm not blaming all of them.

This is actually hilarious because Indians are the most racists on this earth. LIKE WHAT IN THE WORLD.

Saif Ali Khan, and the AKTHOOS and Azmi sound like a bunch of pretenious f**ks. 😆

Desigal90...I'd just like to randomly jump into this thread and say that I find your comments very enjoyable to read. You show great patience in explaining your stance with thorough logic. 👏 Too often, people bash celebs for unnecessary things while applauding stuff that should be criticized. Glad to see your kind of sensibility.

You can't say that celebrities don't face discrimination ...yes they do...but like I said in a previous post that more people love these celebrities than hate them...and about celebrities getting away with all the crimes they commit...yes they do...and it's partly because of their celebrity status and partly because of money...even a filthy rich person has the capability to get away with a crime he has done by throwing away money...he doesn't need to be a celebrity...celebrity status does help but that doesn't mean that they cannot be or are not discriminated ...

Discrimination is everywhere, no country on this planet is perfect neither any human beings.

Every country has their own set of flaws, which we can not tell if not living there. Also has their own charm and beauty, appreciate the good the country that offers.

One should be patriotic, but not so much that it crosses into fanaticism.
