1. Question is do this issue is exist ?

It i not about my country is better then your or my hero is better then your. Just like every society have both good and bad aspect , this discrimination is one of the bad aspect and mainly enjoyed by privileged section. This is hardly a case in the lower strata of society .It depend on us weather we want to accept the fact or deny it , want to discuss it or hide under carpet or may be we consider it is not right platform to discuss it. It is nothing to do with Juhu as many muslim reside in juhu , it is nothing to do with bandra everyone stay there in a coexist atmosphere. it is a section of people who carry on such notion not confine to place.

Yes it is a real issue that people cant get suitable rent or buy flat due to their preference of belief. Yes people from all belief co-exist beautifully in india so also simultaneously there is discrimination. It is a blunt truth and reality for common people , celebrities occasionally face it . If we still have doubt then try to search then we can get many instances in Mumbai. - google is a open book

2. Veg. Vs Non Veg.

It is like a set theory like first people deny other rented flat or ownership in their locality/building if they belong to Muslim. Here the perpetrator can be from any community not limited to only gujjus , jain etc. If i guess in conservative way then i can give 100 wrong reasons why people carry such ill notions . Food preference is complete different issue altogether. It is hardly to do with veg. non veg , just to be gracious enough saif just cover it up with food preference.

Regarding veg non veg

This non veg issue is like a subset , It is another set of people among those conservative who deny rented flat or ownership in their locality/building if they prefer non veg. Basically more conservatives from jain and gujju community , here discrimination is of anyone irrespective of religion. It can be Maharashtrian or Bengali or anyone who even prefer non veg food and it can be fish .
It is difficult to implement law , still a proper law should be there on this issue . the more openness and education ( not qualification ) will only subtle these discrimination .
As it is a open platform then comparison will be there. Yes all caste , community coexist beautifully in India so also simultaneously there is discrimination on the basis of community , preference etc. The point is weather we want to have a India where basic right is equal for everyone or we want to carry on with the same .

If people keep defending everything about the nation, including the few instances of Racism, there will NEVER be change or improvement.

I thought the youth was supposed to stand up against such injustices and do something about this?

If by chance u are indicating above view , then i didnt defend anywhere on the name of nation. May be by witnessing all these fight i just wrote in subtle meaning. We owned up every right thing on us and defend every wrong thing in the name of nation. Just like in this thread instead catering the issue we blame, compare other nations instead accepting facts where society is lacking something. By the way this discrimination is irony just like it is from different religion whoever escape this come into the loop of veg non veg whoever escape this come into the loop of different community on the basis of linguistic etc. It moves like a circle. 😆 Somewhere the cirlce have to break or else everyone are in the loop .

AB ...u keep on harping about brain power of saif...but in which world would anyone not know that Kareena is Saif's wife and selling the house to Kareena is the same as selling it to saif😆...we are not talking about some Government housing scheme here...because Govt of India does not discriminate on the basis of religion...we r talking about privately owned property here...and one advantage of being a citizen of a Democratic country is that...I can openly say that I hate a person from a different religion...or because of their skin color or their sexual preference...and no one can do a thing...yes that would cast a doubt on my moral compass...but other than that I would be within my legal rights to not sell my property to someone I don't like...so ur theory goes poof there...do u expect people to not know Kareena and know that she is married to a Muslim who will be living with her?

Oh no, I agree with you!

I was speaking about other views here in general talking about defending my country and whatnot.

I just think that recognizing the faults within a nation aren't necesarrily attacks on the country's integrity, that's all.

the strange thing is when people are dictating what should be the agenda for discussion. Why cant we discuss whatever we want to discuss. The thing is if you are more interested in discussion for assault case then who stops you , carry on , if you are not satisfied with the line of discussion then u r welcome to create multiple threads for exclusive saif and his case , who stops you ?

Whatever may be the PR work or whatever may be the case in hand that does not mean the issue raised in this thread is wrong, that does not mean it is factually incorrect. So now people have problem in what other will discuss also.

Also country of US of A got independence from British in 1776, that is around 238 years. The blacks finally got their rights roughly 20 to 30 years ago.

So what this has to do with the incident that happened to Saif. I had read this about before and Kareena was not in his life then.

One should not be blind or naive to think that their country is perfect.

I have rested my case. If saifu is so poor that he cant buy a property in Juhu and just coz hez muslim.. buy it the name of Kareena or Sharmila. If the owners find out Saifu is the husband and son those ladies... and they say No.. it means everbody is victim. We can even talk abt Amrita and her children.. the nawab had no money to pay for his own kids' well being. Amrita had to ask Ekta kapoor for a job and she got it in Kavyanjali.

I have mentioned Pakistan, NZ and USA.. just to give some reality check. I cant possibly talk abt aliens.

3 khans rule BW.. I have no problem with that. Srk has biggest bunglow amongst BW stars called "mannat" .. it kewl. (Anil Ambani is ... well leave it.. coz the topic will go on forever..) There is Ganesh murti and Hanuman murti in the entrance.. kewl! His kids know Gayatri mantra as well as islamic aayats.. kewl.

That creats harmony between communities. Such topic here from its title alone creates friction.
