THERE ARE QUITE ALOT OF PROGRAMS SO I DONT REALLY KNOW WHICH 1 IS THE BEST 😕 😕 😕

i have it and i think there is a post that gives the link....check Download and install Jasc Animation Shop from here. Make sure that you also have another image editing software (such as this) to crop, resize and everything
