I have no problems with hosting thing because Hosting has most of times sucked in Oscars as well! I remember last year people had been extremely offended with 'I SEE YOUR BOOBS' song...
Well they also have gone to that standards that our FunCtions have!

Hosting is not a thing that bothers me but way the winners are given and process involved in these shows!

Your list is really good, it is just sad when non-deserving people walked away with the trophies, it is just discouraging for the people who give more than their 100%. All these award shows have their credibility long back.

Good list. I think the Oscar would go to Shahid or Lootera for best film. Best actress would go to Sonalshi and Best actor to Farhan or the guy from Shahid. While Ranveer is good in RL..Oscars don't like to award commercial films. They look at relatable characters and films. And Fathan seems like he worked harder on his role than Ranveer.

Bollywood movies would be #Boring.

I like Bollywood for the masala. Yes, Bollywood can improve. There are many things I'd like to change like age appropriate casting, better female roles, end of star child dominatio and better stories. But I don't want Bollywood to give up their soul which is masala, the song and dance sequence.
