Of course she loved Vanraj but it wasn't what she had with Sameer which was attraction and lust. Sameer was immature free spirit kinda guy I don't think he would've offered Nandini the stable life she was looking for, besides why didn't he look for her? Compare his love to that of Vanraj and any sane woman would pick Raj over Sameer.

No lol no one will judge you😆 Each person have their own views. I wasn't happy that she chose van raj. Because I thought she never loved him. She never got to know him. She just knew that he's my husband who is willing to sacrifice the relationship for me. I know it was one big step from van raj side but one more fact was she never loved him. She just felt bad for him,

The person she knew was Samir, she spended more time with him, she was happy with the time she spended with Samir. And I feel you should be with the one you love. Marriage is important but if you never loved your husband then no point of that marriage

From what I perceived, Nadini seemed to fall out of love with Samir and fall for Vanraj somewhere during that journey. She was longing for Samir so much that she didn't realize what was right in front of her...an amazing husband that was willing to sacrifice his own happiness so she could be happy. I think the love Nadini had for Samir wasn't that serious and deep, it was more like high school love...what she found in Vanraj was much deeper. But that's just my perception. I thought the ending was perfect.

Damn, I want to rewatch the movie now. It's one of my favorite films. The only good thing SLB has done in his pathetic career 😆.

I agree, they have one of the best chemistry on screen. No matter how many times I watch HDDS, I still get lost in their chemistry and enjoy them as If I am watching it for the first time.

But I truly wish the movie never happened or Salman never met Ash. Because of them meeting in during this movie shooting, SK got in so many problems which he is still fighting until today .
