Those of you who are shocked by the ending of Ram-Leela clearly haven't read Romeo and Juliet. SLB promoted RL as the indian RJ. It wasn't a secret. The story of star crossed lovers that ends in tragedy. So why be disappointed over that when that's how the story will always end.
Your disappointment regarding any actors performance is your opinion and you're entitled to that.
I personally, loved RL mainly for the chemistry and the confrontation scene between RL. Supriya Pathak was great in it.
Besides HDDCS SLB never made a decent movie he's too overrated
