Why is it that Sanchi is being put through so much of angst and stress for standing up for a crime committed against her...was just reading that Saurabh is going to change path reports...just disgusting...why cant they just go straight for Saurabh and punish him without procastinating and showing others that there are ways and means to get out of such a heinious crime...I have never liked Sanchi's character but at the moment I really feel sad and want her to be vindicated for what has been done to her! :-(

he is changing reports

she bribed pundit in front of goddess and manipulated marraige dates

he put drug in her drink and thats very bad but she wasn't above using that technique herself , had she known name of drugs from Ankita earlier she would have smiled that toad smile and used it on Jagya

this is her honest appraisal , absolutely objective

she even wanted a baby dead , she is quite quite inhuman

that man must get his due , undoubtedly , with his own admission he has spoilt life of quite a number of girls

but this dame has used all the tricks he is using , only now the shoe is on the other foot and someone is using them against HER for a change .

how can that be an objective appraisal when you bring her 'toad smile' into relevance?

also this is not objective "had she known about the drug she would of used it herself" how is that objective? everyone knows about date drugs and anyone has the ability to acquire these drugs.. thats why they are called accessible, street drugs. Sanchi could've asked around.. you can ask around I can ask around chances are we can get them. BUT WE DON'T thats the difference.. she had ample time, friends, money, knowledge to get the drugs but she didn't .

so please don't say she deserves it cause she WOULDA if she COULDA cuz she COOULDA but she didn't.

anyway @ the topic maker.. don't you know sachi is evil..?and its not about glorifying rape its about redeeming sachi the only way she can be redeemed is by raping her. Sanchi is an indian female soap character.. had she been male like jagya she couldve done a few heroic acts or forget heroic acts.. be like jagya put your sad face in front of your family till eventually they forgot why they were mad to begin.. homebody = hero . but redemption for a woman ...

on a serious note I hope a video doesn't get shown as evidence, that would send a scary message across as in the only proof admissible is a recording of the act.

If only 'would-be -could-be' assumptions were used to define a character than we could assume a lot.

I could then probably assume that Ganga slept with Jagya during teej celebrations at Mangalore when he was already engaged to Saanchi. But that would sound utterly gross, right?

I am not a Saanchi fan either but being a woman I found it very insensitive to read that only if Saanchi knew about date rape drugs she would use it on Jagya? Really ? And how do we know that?

For all I know is that she tried to kiss Jagya when he was in his complete senses, and backed off on realising that he is not interested. And kissing someone out of love or out of insecurity of losing that love is not equated to having sex.

Many couples who are engaged to marry kiss each other or even end up having volunatarily intercourse before marriage. So are they all characterless?

Just because J was not interested in kissing Sa, it does not certify that Sa is characterless and will end up using date rape drug. That's indeed a poor allegation.

@ TM - lt could be for drama's sake and also for Saanchi to realise what it feels to be accused for something that you have not done.

Here Kabra will accuse her for being attention seeker and manipulator (which she is) before Saurabh is grilled. Although she never specifically tried to seduce Saurabh, but she will be accused for that.

More of a tit-for-tat and beginning of her redemption

Well, its an Indian television drama series, so they ought to have some drama content, but eventually Cobras will be kicked in their butts , so no worries!

I completely agree with Esha here.

@tm - I don't think Sanchi is being unnecessarily victimised or being put through extra stress.

Her past behaviour will come up even though it is not the reason for her current plight because that's how the accused will defend himself.

He will put the blame on the victim and since he has the means to tamper with the evidence he will do it.

Also this case is prolonged because they also want to make Sanchi realise that her behaviour in the past has hurt many people.

Its irrelevant to argue what Sanchi "could have done". By that logic, Jagya could have become a serial rapist like Saurabh or a monster like Ratan Singh. That's immaterial and laughable.

Anyone can say whatever , but that smile was a characteristic of her villainy if i am not mistaken and whatever i outlined was not what was in my mind but what i always saw . Each villainy she did , that smile and her monologue followed . Right till she wished for the baby's death , she was waiting for the news of 2 deaths with that same smile That smile is not arrributed by me to her BV creatives did it .

To defend her if many will as usual make assumptions about other characters , so be it , but my point is , she used those same techniques but against others , just till a few days back . Now someone is using them against her . Sad , but there it is .
