Today was the day to show family togetherness amidst crisis.

Time to show all r together , desais and vyas r one intertwined in each other .Today nobedy went home ,all sat their waiting for LN to recover,this showed all love him despite of his wrong steps in life.Cvs tried to show that forgiveness is biggest thing ,which Desais gave to LN ,which Saras now needs to give to LN.

Today was not the day for husband and wife or Saras Kumud or danny kusum it was a family day...hum saath saath hai day...and i loved it.

I loved it seeing them all sleep tired and spent.Nobody cared where they were.They just slept whoever shoulder they found ,they slept in a family.I love this family picture . I love their togetherness in crisis.

Monday will go to Saras and Kumud husband and wife for sure.

I wont complain today,even though i did not get Samud.

Why?

Coz today i got something bigger.I got the feel of a a big family Saras has created out of his love and hard work.The family where vyas and desais r together. The family where VC and LN friendship survives.The family which now Saras and Kumud have to nurture together .

It will be difficult.it already has a Khoti Kaki in it along with her gambler bahu!It has people with twisted pasts and shrewd manipulative minds.

Lets see how Saras and Kumud can keep them together like this when when lost people come asking for answers and few hidden secrets r revealed

Joint families r difficult but if u have one u know its worth in such testing times . I don't have a joint family but i must say it does look beautiful on tv :)

Wow Shana!! Love you for pointing this out! We're all mad that saras is left alone but actually he isn't alone..the more I think abt it..the more the situation requires that everyone has support. You're right, this time it's not abt samud...it's abt everyone supporting one another and in such crisis, you do support the whole family not just your husband and probs even less your husband as you know that others are there to support him so he will be fine.

Thanks for this post! It's an eye opener!! I still haven't seen the episodes so can't really know exactly where I stand but am less mad abt the samud situation.

Hi ShanUlas,

I am a newbie to this forum , although I have been reading all the lovely posts here ever since SC started.. I am a hard core fan of the show and simply love the lead's acting!

This is my first post here and I registered this afternoon just so that I could compliment you on your wonderful writing..you often bring a smile to my face with your in depth writing!

I do miss the old SC and the wonderul direction by Arvind B and story by Saba M ..and hope someday a DVD of the show, season one, will be out and we shall get to see it over and over again without being dependent on YT where often most links are missing!

Keep up your writing and I shall keep reading !😊

Samud r not alone Kat ,they have a family.The biggest part is its saras who has created it.He did not go far away .he took house just near desais.very next day after marraige he was at vyas drinking his morning tea.

In his marriage his grih pooja his haldi and all his rituals were done by desais Why ? Coz he has adopted them as his family.in return Vyas have forgiven LN .VC a big hearted man could not go home leaving his friend alone in hospital.Nobody went home .All wanted to be with Saras and danny not just their wives.

All were around danny coz he was like a child crying papa papa.Saras deliberatly secluded himself coz he did want to be alone.i saw cvs being so so natural/ Kumud knows saras needs space and all family is here to take care of each other.

it would look so selfish Kumud sticking on saras side while all family is their too to support them , all for them.

Did u see how yash was their with tee beside saras and VC to confront him.Kumud was consoling mother while kusum giving kambal to dada ji.It was such a beautiful family picture.

I loved how they slept.Women tired... kumud kusum just slep like two children tired after day task.Dannt was beside yash.Dadaji slept on chair cozyly in kamabl.While big men of house.Saras and Vidya Chatur were awake like night watchers seeing it all ready for next.

yes u can say its season 2 now coz its way different then what it started as.

After Saras Kumud marriage its gonna be a bit of family drama for sure .As family do start after marriage and specially if u r a man like saras who has given so much to a family and woman like kumud who lives for family then family show to banta hi hai na

Saras Kumud r together but their life has never been easy ,well if it were then we were not seeing their show...lol...so in future too its gonna be a bumpy ride.

With guman along with live proofs of her r past horrendous doings ,surely Saras Kumud will have to face the brunt

Super beautiful post Shana

The whole family together was indeed heartening to see

And the bridge between the two has been cemented by Saras

His fathers sins have been atoned for by this wonderful man

Who has stood by the family, and has made the impossible possible

By marrying Kumud

And the man who has been through the worst

Is still a loner at heart

He loves VC as his father

But is tormented that he has not made peace with his own father

The bheed mein akela, Saras who has his wife watching him from afar

Was nice to see,

I know Kumud is getting a lot of flak for leaving him alone

But the more I see it, the more I feel that this was a battle

He had to fight alone, unresolved feelings he had to come to terms with

And agree, Kumud will help him through this tomorrow

After they get back home

Shanaji an emotional post from you.

I liked today's episode. Everything is perfect. Loved how they took care of minute details.the whole family staying at hospital . VC and Saras scene. Ln is really lucky to have such caring and loving people around him. Kabir ji should learn a lot from VC and Saras. Today Saras between two brothers foundation for future track.😡 Waiting for ghumaan entry to add more drama for trp viewers.

Shanaji I think Saras and kumud can never follow dabh and Yrkkh couples. Those couples are little closer to reality but our Saras kumud are fairy tale couple charming prince and beautiful princess.

May ishra can follow them.

I liked your thought of Ramayana and samud as ram and Sita.

For me Ramayana was never a story of ram and Sita relation . Their relationship is part of ramayana.

So now the story is Saras relation with ln as a son, his relationship with two brothers with the evilness of ghumaan. Kumud is part of him and will be with him in every step.

Beautiful post Shanaji. The Desai clan has always supported each other in times of crisis. Now the family has grown bigger. The branches have grown out but the roots remain the same. Saras and Kumud are no longer individuals. Their journey towards eachother is complete at the moment. Now they have new battles to fight together. Just hoping that whatever is in store for us is brought forward in the unique SC way. Be it revenge or drama,let it not disintegrate into a clone of multitudes of shows that have played before. Maybe it is too early to fear. Let's wait and watch.

Fantastic post!!

I agree with u. Saras' love has conquered everyone n today the desais r there for him in his bad times. Loved how everyone stayed sleeping on bench rather than go home from yash to dadaji.

I know that it is not gonna b easy with ppl like Kalika ( I will omit Kaaki coz she is not really evil just very andhi in her mamta for her son) n Gumaan n kabir ( still undecided about him)

Let's c wat CVs have in store for us for this season 2
