Here is the deal, I hate the villains on Indian Tv, especially when they are played by women. Women who wear scary bindis, are decked with jewellery from top to bottom, wear the gaudiest of clothes and keep screaming at the top of their voice, with their eyes so wide that you are scared that those eyes would swallow you up.

Which is why Kaaki sa is such a welcome change. Any actor, even the likes of Ashish and Sanaya can watch and learn dialogue delivery, voice modulation and diction from her. She delivers her lines so very well. They are sugary sweet, but every single soul knows that it was delivered with an intention to taunt and mock. And taunt she does, so damn well.

Ananya Khare is doing a fabulous job and is shaping up to be one heck of an adversary. I'm just glad that I dont have a MIL who is anything like Kaakisa.😆 For someone who has an opinion on everything and anything, even I would find myself tongue tied in front of such a person.

Truestory.
Kaki sa is seriously intimidating. And her understated yet effective style and dialogue delivery (not to mention, her ridiculous analogies and statements) make her really entertaining to watch.

A worthy adversary is just as important as a good lead.

Plus, what I like best is that I don't get unnecessarily evil vibes from her. She is selfish and refreshingly honest about it. And she sure does have some valid points about looking after the Haveli and establishing the masala business in Dilsher's absence.

Absolutely true... she is outstanding.
Ashish is playing a vry difficult and complex character which is interesting to watch and all the more has audience's sympathy.. but Ananya's role is totally negative .. and hence much harder to gain the recognition she truely deserves...not to mention whoever writes her dialogues is brilliant..wow they have got such punch in them

Hats off...She is BRILLIANT
My mom loves her the most in the show...😆
She cant stop talking about her one-liners every time I call her.
Infact she is like 'now the real story starts' ...typical TRP aunty...that's my mom.

Chachisa is a welcome change from all those screaming self righteous saasu-ma's. The thing I like best about her is that her acid tongue doesn't discriminate and her own children are also targets, although perhaps not as much as other people. She's not blinded by her love for her children to the extent that she can't see their faults, she trusts Sumer but not blindly.
She wasn't wrong in questioning Paro or being defensive about the house and business she's maintained over the past 15 years. I don't like the way she treats Maithali for not giving her grandchildren but at least she's not talking about getting bana sa remarried.I don't think she can be classed as a villain yet, more a grey character unless of course she had a hand in her sister's 'running away', which is looking more and more like a possibility.
Raghuvir Shekawat's has written some superb dialogues for Chachisa but they could have been delivered badly and lost their impact. Anaya Khare's slow deliberate delivery is superb...she's in no hurry to rush through or scream out the dialogue and delivers the most sarcastic ones in the same tone she might be asking you to pass her a glass of water. In fact I'm loving both her and Sanaya's calm delivery when the give zingers against Rudra's outbursts. The contrast is refreshing.

Well said, Ananya Khare is an accomplished actor and Mohini Kakisa a worthy adversary. Despite the poison laced tongue and selfish motives, one can't but admire the character and more so because of the elan with which Ananya Khare is playing it.

Oh I am loving Kaki sa I have all but changed camp from Thakur (cos i see so little of him and there is that think that Kakisa is kick ass)
and not only is the actress one hell of an artiste she has these subtle nuances to her expression that do make u take a double take ...but even the character has been written out well...
sports some of the best lines...

Close second I think is Lion Heart and Dhanveer right after ...

I think more than supporting caste the ensemble are competing with my attention

Sumer too is doing quite the job
