He looks weird but this movie looks interesting. Is this like a desi Sherlock Holmes?

kinda...its based on a fictional detective character created by a bengali author 1930s kolkota i think...havent read the stories but it looks interesting and authentic enough for old bengal...

sushi's look somehow reminded me of kamal hassan for some reason...

It's based on a series of books written by Saradindu Bandopadhyay. Byomkesh Bakshi is one of Bengali literature's most popular fictional detectives.

The time period shown in the movie will be around 1940's during the World War in Kolkata and hence this look.

The look is unique and very authentic. He pulls off the stache as well.

I believe he'll be one of the big contenders for awards next season.

I hope it's not a serious type of a movie and has a comedy touch like Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes movies. Well not so much but a little

BW career of that guy is finished, I think.

Yes, it's Anand Tiwari, the Go Goa Gone wala guy. He is playing Ajit.
