When Abhi wakes up, he is surprised to find himself in Kadambari's room and tries to recall what happened the night before. Kadambari brings him tea. He tells her that what happened last night shouldn't have happened but she tells him not to feel guilty about it, as it happened out of her will. He tells her that it was wrong but she tells him that it isn't, as she loves him. She tells him that he gave her the most beautiful gift.
Kesar prays and tells God that today may be her last day in the world. She asks God to take care of her family while she is away and hides a pack of sleeping pills. She takes Dadaji and Dadi's blessings before leaving. She asks Dadaji as to what would he do if she doesn't meet him in the morning again. He asks her as to why is she saying this. She tells him that she may have to go far from them one day but Dadi tells her that they wouldn't let her go.
Kesar meets Abhi and tells him that she accepts his proposal. He is shocked. She tells him that he has done a lot for her but she hasn't even done anything for him. She tells him that Rudra had warned her about him but she didn't believe him. She then asks him as to what does he want her to do. He looks away and wipes his tears then asks her to meet him during Harman and Riya's engagement. She tells him not to ask too much, as she also has some duties to fulfill but he sticks to his decision. She finally agrees for the sake of her family. After she leaves, he tells himself that he had no other way to make her hate him.
Harman asks Aseem to make sure that everything would be perfect during his engagement party, as he wants to live life fully before he dies.
Pam asks Rudra as to what is bothering him. He is about to tell her what happened but Kesar comes in time to stop him. After Pam leaves, he asks her as to why did she stop him. Kesar tells him that they are going to get the papers back. He asks her as to what did she do but she tells him to have faith in her and that she would tell him after they get the papers. He tells that he is so happy and hugs her. She tells herself that she is willing to sacrifice everything to see a smile on Rudra's face.
Abhi gets the file from Shalini's office. On his way out, he bumps into the secretary.
Reema tells Shalini that their project has been approved. She asks her to bring the file of Mallya House and Mallya shipping Lines. Shalini searches for the file in her office but is unable to find it. She informs Reema. Reema calls the secretary and asks him whether anyone entered the office. He tells her that he saw Abhi getting out of there. Reema calls someone and asks him to follow Abhi.
