I'm just confused about this elusive demand of Tanveer's😕

I don't think its just her standard fee because Gaffur wouldn't really hesitate to give her money. That's why I put murder there. I seriously doubt Tanveer will let Zoya be happy. I can imagine her telling Gaffur to kill Zoya and on her death say "by the way you killed your long lost daughter"😆
