As we were discussing back sometime, she's a MB actor!

Aparna Dixit to enter Porus as Roxanne and shall be paired opposite Alexander (Rohit Purohit)

This is great news, thank goodness!

I was going to say they should choose someone really strong and beautiful for the role of Roxanne. I don't know the actress so no idea if she will be stunning enough to make Alexander fall in love at first sight, but at this stage I am so relieved that they'll show Roxanne at all that I can live with an "average" lady playing Alexander's wife. 😆

And no, I'm not commenting on the actress' looks or physical features, rather I am now skeptical if the makers can give her the on-screen aura of strength, beauty, and charisma fitting for Roxanne and not make her look or sound ridiculous. They've already done enough damage to Alexander's character so they'd better not mess with Roxanne's one. 😡 She's probably the most eagerly-awaited one, especially by Alexander fans.

For example, the actress playing Barsine is pretty, but she's become a cardboard figure of late that people are finding annoying despite her heroics in earlier episodes. So looks don't necessarily mean on-screen "beauty" in this case. Sameksha is a great example of beauty and fire in her role as Olympias, but the way the CVs are going, I won't be surprised if they destroy her character. As long as they don't bring in saas-bahu crap. 🤢
