hi piu...ye le big hugzzz for u to make this post...

finally a sensible post which the show deserves..not merely pointing out who is the probable lead..what is probable jodi...which jodi to be saved blah blah blah...come on guys think about the strong storyline being shown ...such a gripping characters

u just nailed the character perfectly...and title is apt.. Dancing with the devil in disguise..

yesterday TVS's gesture were giving all sort s of negatives vibes...he knows trick and trade of each and every thing i must say...and a very strong character...it will not be surprising for me if TVS comes out a grey character..that is exactly what gulabiya's concern is...

superb analysis Piu...👏

and yea i dont care if Adi_Sugini pairs up..it will be rather interesting...if that is how story is developing let it be...TVS will still be the key to all...
and about Anuj's acting potential..dont care much about it now...he is not very good but not too bad either..better actor would have definitely pumped up the show..and just coz he lacks good acting does not mean the character should not be explored...infact...i feel sugini being the sole interest of adi and TVS will be really treat to watch...

i love your post title really vikram seems dengerous.. and u right when he was lit candal , he looking dangerous .. and his eyes ? dark brown passionate eyes ... and his way of speaking like "khumar chadha ho" ... very strong screen presence of VB .. because of his performance mera hangover abhi utra nahi... and from yesterday i remembering your line " aurat ka dil jitne me jo maza hai, wo zabedasti karne me nahi.. he exactally doing this ...

Yes!! Yaar exactly..His eyes had a dangerous glint..I wud not term it as lust..but it was dangerous ...And you are right about his eyes darkening with passion ..It was like a khumari..But the warmtgh of true and deep love was missing.I found the whole routine as a complete seduction...and Yes!! Hangover mera bhi nahi utra abhi and I had said this since day one...That single line of Vikram Mallah is so Vikram thakur's too...

your writing is fab.. i love you for this line " vikram never react he only act".. tum use kitni achi tarah se janti ho but i can't understand sugni's behavior ,sudden change ,when first he trying to touch her ,she was scare but after a while she lost in his touch and closed her eyes , but i m not convince with her confession don't know why ? and i don't know about future, and don't want sugvi separation .. . but overall i will try to see this show only for vikram not only for character but specially actor.. after ages i seeing this kind of acting on television...

awwieee Thankeez 🤗and My dil POPAT ki tarah mithoo mithoo bol raha hai yaar Well honestly...I have a logical explanation for Sugni's behaviour as well.Remember our teens 16,17,18 ..where we all live in a dream land where our minds are impressionable and we get easily motivated and affected by icons or role models..and here we have an extremelely sauve, polished man who has acquired a demi God like status in Sugni's eyes..Who not only claims to love her but also claims her to be his zindagi..How can a girl who dreams of a rajkumar not fall for his charms. And regarding touch..There is very thin line between passion and lust and Vikram is always using his steps to lead her into submission. The whole ambience ,the whole looking into her eyes and then touching her physically made her comfortable and lost in his charms..I agree with you that Varun is exceptional here😳

@PIU

Nice post. So Aditya means sun. Of course. Wonder why i didn't think of this. No point discussing who will be the lead. The CVs have answered in the title itself.😔

About yesterday's scene, that look Vikram gives when Sugni runs away shyly, it says it all.

Hi everyone..Its late but I just had to write this

So here is my take on yesterdays' episode

WOW!!👏 That is what we call really power packed story line and great characters.Ever since its inception,PSH has never ever failed to surprise me as with each passing episode we get to see more and more layers of the enchanting enigma named Thakur Vikram Singh.VS landed in mahuwari and immediately grabbed our eyeballs , not only because he looks fab nearing his forties but because of this sheer fact that that each day is a step by step build up to what lies ahead in the plot for all of us.And today was the day which not only peeled yet another layer from the real nature of TVS ,but also dangerously hinted at what might lie beneath the hidden depths of this man.A complete charmer,a Samaritan,a cool calculative yet steady ,strong person who lost his heart to a blabbering spunky girl barely out of her teens .

The more I ponder over TVS the more fascinating he becomes .Like a purring tiger who fascinates his prey ,he never leaves a hint that he was to feed upon her 'Here feeding means metaphorically To allure her and then show his true colours.FASCINATING!! INTERESTING!! I had always maintained that he reminded me of Vikram Mallah from the movie BANDIT QUEEN with his EPIC dialogue 'There is fun in winning the heart of a woman and not forcefully acquiring her.It so reminds me of TVS' advice to Adi that some relationships are to be nurtured like potted plants 'you have to be patient, water them ,gain trust and then finally relish the fruits of your endeavour. The last scene just summarized it all.Calm ,cool ,conniving, Vikarm and his gestures along with the dance moves reminded me of a famous quote-

"Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent's fate."

Here Sugni is not exactly his opponent but with different take ..she wanted to fly to the city but I can still reacll Vikram's Epic lines- What if I am the same evil thakur?...To which she actually lashed back with her caustic remark that no thakur would ever be able to trap her.

Yes so true ,He has actually become the director of her fate.YES!He did say to her that his coming to mahuwari was fate to meet her but now he is actually trying to dictate her fate. With his polished mannerisms, restrained flamboyance and uninhibited display of love,he is yet to reveal his uterior motives.I loved the scene'not for the swooning romance but because it was a aesthetically done scene and it very well conveyed the hidden undertones with which it must have been perceived.

The scene with its spooking erriness and the brilliantly dangerous looks of TVS excellently potrayed by Varun stood out for me.The way he started with his charming dazed dialogues to captivate her was wonderfully done .(Now Sugni was indeed looking beautiful..You gotta see her big bright eyes.Makes you instantly fall in love with her)..Finally the way he lights the candles ,reminded me of the JT Gulabiya scene,THE BG score with sitar and tablas were seductive. You have to notice the look on his face as he lights the candles and tells her that 'agar tum mere saath waqt nahi bitaogi to mujhe janogi kaise janogi nahi to pasand kaise karogi aur pasand nahi karogi to pyaar kaise karogi'."

And then Sugni with her fatak presence of mind asks him that are there steps for falling in love..Though TVS sheepishly diverts the topic but what I could see was the complete contrastive juxtaposition created by the CV's ..For Sugni impulse is everything..She reacts ..She instantly reacts..She is a carefree spirit who just does whatever her intuition tells her but for Vikram those were indeed the steps'.The look in his eyes while lighting the candles was dangerous..there was a superiority in his voice much unlike the earlier scenes where he was mellowed a bit.Wonderfully done scene!...For Vikram ,he never reacts ,he acts'There were slow and subtle hints to his calculative nature since the very beginning which reminds me of his confrontations with JT where his smirk said it all..where his calm composure actually made us fall in love with him' As soon as man does not take his existence for granted, but beholds it as something unfathomably mysterious, thought begins.

Yes Vikram does not take his existence for granted and he has that mysterious fascinating streak to his character. The way he played along with dance ,his moves his gestures everything was seduction..Yes it was 'If we see the camera angles ..all of them focussed on his gestures rather than his eyes .The scene was beautiful..Not romantically but I was intrigued by the aspect that what actually lies beneath the mask of this COOL smitten in love THAKUR'It seems he is playing mind games..He is actually manipulating her and Sugni is unable to see that. Not because she is blind but because Vikram is the one whom she trusts blindly.Like a young girl who has butterflies in her stomach when someone as convincing as VS claims to love her truly and deeply, she not only dances to his tunes but is actually swept off her feet too.

No I do not say he might be negative..But there are indeed dangerous hints of potent grey shades in him.His dialogue that marriage is only a ritual and love is beyond all this again drops dangerous hints .

It is indeed fascinating 0n the part of the team that how they have maintained the basic essence of the characters playing their ages. The confusion of a 18 yr old girl and a man in his late thirties with his charming art of seduction'👏Vikram always had the upper hand in their relationship which itself shows in all their conversations where she queries and when he clears that what love actually is..It had a hell patronizing vibe to it.Nicely detailed.👏

To summarize as I see it..We have layers and much more deeper motives of VS which are yet to be revealed. What could be really interesting would be his real motives whether revenge, lust or just to prove that he can acquire her.Whatever the case may be Vikram Sugni whether paired romantically or not ..they have a strange charismatic appeal ,a sudden spark ,a brilliant fire which is set on screen because of them. Now it would be really interesting how Adi actually fits into the scheme of things'I have never been a fan of sweet sugared fairy tale romance'I would lubb to see how things go on from here.

I have only one complain that 'Is this the best choice whom you could find for the portrayal of an important character Adi and pitch him against the likes of the cast and crew of PSH.DISAPPOINTED!!

But for me the show totally belongs to Vikram and Sugni-Romantically or non-romantically ..Their camaraderie and final shift in dynamics would be something I would be looking forward to.So Is VS an innocent soul lost in love or in fact a Devil in disguise..We are yet to fathom..though all the hints point otherwise..

TID -BITS

1. Who thought that in Mahuwari TVS's haveli has a SPOTLIGHT LOL😛 ..I mean sue kaun focus kar raha tha when everyone had left for the wedding😆

2. Haila I feel like yawning whenever SE comes on screen🥱 ..Popat you should actually learn that Annoyance is different from hurt which is equally different from irritation but you seem to be convinced that all are the same.SIGH BIG SIGH!! You just ruined a character which could have stood tall against TVS.

3. That waltz did not gel with me..I was LOL 'ing..Sugni is indeed a fast learner-Ek din mein driving and then dancing in western Style..I am amazed😆

4. Haila koi mujhe zehar do coz I suddenly realised that Aditya means sun ..So is he really gonna be her sun..and Vikram means one who tries to win 'But the last thing on earth I would like to see would be Mr.SEXY EYES spreading his LOVEPANTI 'Ahhh if they only could get someone sharper ..then it would have just spiced up the whole quotient.

PIG where art thou.😭.I had to ramble somewhere isliye better thought kuch likhun..I miss your vishesh tippani..I want it badly..You better come back late lateef hi sahi..But I want you to jump right in saying Mein aa gayi

An interesting analysis of the scene. What I found interesting are you comments, and I have underlined them are the signs of what I consider appealing in a leading male character. I have pointed out that often Indian leading men are weak, feeble, fickle, rona dona, obsessive and never portrayed as strong, confident, powerful and sophisticated and saw TVS as a refreshing change. It is more inlines of what we see as leading men in the west. However, from what I am reading from other posts, these traits are seen as negative among Indians and hence my reading of the scene was entirely different and I saw this as something amazing. Sure he is sweeping her of her feet but to me it read, I am giving you permission to open your heart up to me even though I am a Takur and you are Bedini - you can fall in love with me. I believe he KNOWS she has feelings for him but she's afraid to come to terms with them and he was RiGHT. I was like, this is really great stuff - very bold and very 50 Shades of Grey - modern I should say...but it clearly too good to be true for Indian writers to have taken such bold steps and change the face of leading men on zeetv dramas and tragically these traits are still going to associated with negative characters and positive characters are those who a dimwits, rona dona, obsessive and annoying males who act like fools and don't have a spine.

Sad.

Plus the Sugni and Aditya jodi is gross considering he is TVS's nephew. Plus I like Aditya and Amrita.

Overall, the idea that TVS turns negative goes against so many incidents within the whole show, so it will be truly disappointing if TVS turns out to be a jerk and not the main lead.

Piu, you actually made a full post on that scene? LOL you loved it so much?

I was umm kinda put off...the whole seduction routine honestly CREEPED me out...there wasn't anything CHARMING about it as far as I'm concerned cuz the DELIBERATION in each thing he did...the way he lit the candles, the way he touched her by sliding his hands over her body, the way he was talking to her...was literally broadcasting his intentions on a loudspeaker...the kind of "CHAAHAT" he speaks of is CRYSTAL CLEAR now ki KIS type ki chaahat hai use Sugni se.

I always said that I can take any grey shade in this character except for turning him into a LECHER...and unfortunately that is exactly what they've shown...I'm not sure if I'll be comfortable enough watching this show much longer at this rate...sad waste of a story with great potential...they could have shown OTHER grey shades to Vikram...but they chose to go with THIS one.

Vikram as a lech? Really? Is that what the CVs are hinting?😲

That would be hard to watch. And it sounds like Bairi Piya. They tried to redeem the lech Thakur into a good guy but it didn't work and the show had to end soon.

Really wish the CVs of PSH will not do that.

Thanks Arathi🤗
I guess what makes Vikram and hischaracter so interesting and attractive is the way he surprises sugni and te audience.I was not at all expecting this dance sequence it came as a shock,i thought vikram will sit back and wait for her as he had told during confession but he is one charmer and he knows exactly how to charm a yung heart like sugni. I think more than physical intimacy his choice of words and the way he expresses it is trapping sugni and its his heart for which she will fall not for his looks or wealth.
I just hope his heart remains gud but whatever direction the story takes sugvi scenes are always rocking and I feel this is just the beginning

Well YES!! This is not the end but it is actually the beginning...of a wonderful dynamics of Sugni and Vikram.Vikram's character is fascinating indeed..Very fascinating coz..He is not an open book..He remains an enigma unexplored...
@ I love that line..He tried to help her with money he tried everything step by step...More than physical intimacy he has actually made her mind think that she is in love..My conviction goes stronger with today's scene where he actually puts his thoughts in her mind and makes her speak what he wants her too...Ahhh the sheer brilliance of Cv's to give us such an EPIC character😳
Unless it is a Kekta show.where grey does not exist.I still have faith in CV's who have been extremely well detailed with their characterizations..Nothing is black or white here..No one is PURE EVIL..they might be selfish but there are moments where you see hints of humanity too...everyone has his or her loopholes..and that makes the whole show intriguing...You can even sympathise with the spurned thakurain of JT at a point of time..That is the brilliance where characters are humans and not demi Gods...What is right can be wrong in the eyes of others...Unless they turn him into an overnight lech I am still convinced that Vikram has a wonderful shade of grey which I would love to see 😳
