You know it's funny, now that you bring this up, I feel like they wouldn't have gone all the way in college. Pre-marriage it would have been all fluffy and cute but after marriage is where all the passion would have come in.

It really all depends on your writing. If it was intense and graphic like my "One More Night" OS was, then yes. If it was soft and had a lot of allusions like "Love Me Like You Do", then no.

If the writing is graphic and explicit, then yeah you have to.

Here's a thumb rule: If you're in doubt, just put it. It's better to be safe than sorry.
