When Aaditi Pohankar went fishing with the King - Sushant Singh Rajput!

Aaditi Pohankar recently shot for Kingfisher with Sushant Singh Rajput. The Lai Bhaariactress found Sushant to be a sporting co star.

"Sushant is an extremely warm guy, we immediately connected on set for Kingfisher because of his humorous nature and really chilled out attitude," says Pohankar. We practiced our moves for two days and rehearsing with Sushant was a lot of fun because he's a very good dancer and our choreographer Prashant who is the one who choreographs Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff and he's officially Tiger's dance teacher. So it was an interesting session with him," says Pohankar.

The actress and model for over 35 brands including Lenskart, Samsung, Munch, Godrej Aer, Phillips, Airtel and Cadbury Eclair says that she is pretty happy with the response she has got for the ad.

"The ad campaign is running really well and has gotten popular just within the past few days," she beams.

Comedy Nights with Kapil star Kapil Sharma delivered a hit with his debut Hindi film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon.

While many TV stars harbour dreams of making it in films, only few manage to make a mark.

We take a look at the TV-to-films success stories:

Sushant Singh Rajput

Debut film: Kai Po Che!
Box office collection: Rs 45 crore

Sushant made his film debut with the commercially successful and critically acclaimed Kai Po Che! in 2013 costarring Rajkummar Rao and Amit Sadh.

He followed it up with a solo hit with Shuddh Desi Romance.

His third film Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! didn't cover much of a distance; all eyes are now on his M S Dhoni: The Untold Story, where he plays the title role.

We doubt Sushant Singh will make the grade

Despite the first part Detective Byomkesh Bakshy biting dust, Dibakar Banerjee is setting the stage for a sequel.

No, we are not kidding.

We caught up with him today at the launch of Mumbai Film Festival, where he confirmed that he was working on the second part--- but is likely to make a 'smaller film' before Detective Byomkesh Bakshy 2.0 rolls.

"It is definitely happening as that is a subject I am not going to leave. It is in the initial stages at this point, but the franchisee deserves another attempt," he said.

It would be interesting to see if Sushant Singh Rajput finds a place in Dibakar's second attempt, as his character was found not endearing enough in the first. Time will tell.

Asked if he'd make this one more accessible as the first one was panned for being 'over-intellectual,' Dibakar shot back, "Accessible to who?"
