Let says if Arjun should die then who will face the wrath of everyone when the truth comes out??He would be safe in heaven.What does she has to gain from all this??Simple...Purvi's miseries are her pleasures.If she had given a damn or any importance about her family however misunderstood they were about her she should have turned Arjun flat down.Arjun never forced her into anything.If she missed her family so much then tell them the truth but NO she finally wants to be a friend to Arjun.A friend that she never was to him.

This helping Arjun out because he is a friend is bogus.Ovi has shown in the past that she can never be trusted.So she's helping out Arjun in need...yep her past indiscretions have proven otherwise.She's the best friend anyone can have🤢.She'll lie,manipulate,demand and control everyone around her.

If this should be Arjun's last days on earth dont u think he should be spending it with the woman he loves?God the child that never met him still has a right to know her about her father(even though she claims she hates him.Hate stems from hurt.U get hurt when the one u love injures your emotions,heart).As i mentioned earlier Arjun would be gone but the people who love him would be left to suffer.At this time a person in his situation would rather die alone than watch their loved ones watch then dying slowly.Arjun is very emotional and is not thinking because he doesnt believe he'll survive.Any rational person wont keep him secluded from his loved ones.They'd make sure that if this is Arjun's last days then it will be his best.

I am grateful to you for bringing Pari's angle here--something that I had failed to bring upon in my post. Pari is calling him with "Don't hurt my mother anymore" thing. Arjun on the other hand is telling her that "She is his child and he loves her"-- a declaration done in front of Ovi.

Now, if Arjun is to die in the next 2 months, his child deserves to know what and how her father is during the brief period he has in his hands. On the other hand, if Arjun survives, these 2 months can be an ice breaking period for them to bond subsequently in future. This is something that is being denied to the child that has agreed to her parent's reunion keeping aside her hatred and hurt. For all the hatred she has for Arjun, she has not even put any condition like " Give me my Ken doll and I shall allow for your reunion".

Ovi is NOT at fault for the choice Arjun has made, not at all. But the choice Arjun has made is neither noble nor philanthropic. And Ovi is responsible for the CHOICES she has made.

I too agree that she is not helping Arjun in any way.

She does say "Live two month to the fullest with Purvi, that is what you have always wanted". But in spite of her NOBLE words, she CHOOSES not to open her mouth for the past 20 years and let their misunderstandings continue. She would have helped her friend had she come clean of those misunderstandings. But by letting the misunderstanding continue, she DID NOT help her best friend in any way except separating him from the love of his life. AGREED, Arjun and Purvi were equally at fault, but it was Arjun and her who knew the truth. If Arjun didn't clear the misunderstanding, she could have, not for anybody else but for the sake of her child at least. But there was no need for her to do anything voluntarily. And After 20 years of hibernation, she comes at Ajun's first call and agrees to be a part of Arjun's charade thereby denying Arjun a chance of being with Purvi for these two months.

Ovi also said that 'She will make Arjun all right and She will sent Him back to Purvi'. I agree these are NOBLE words again. But the point is the chances are 50-50. What if Arjun faces the worse? How will this line materialize then? And if Arjun survives, how will he even go back to Purvi? What will he say, " Err... Purvi I had lied to you in those months as I was suffering from blood clots". The chances that Purvi will take him back in her life will be slimmer because when a guy says he loves a woman but doesn't let her be a part of his pain it is considered another form of betrayal. Arjun might not have betrayed her in those 20 years but he is definitely betraying her now and Ovi has CHOSEN to be an aide to it.

Besides, being with the loved ones boost positive thinking. This in turn increases the WILL to live and FIGHT the worse. It is Ovi's CHOICE to deprive Arjun of these two things again.

NOBLE words are just a lip service if actions carried out are absolutely contrary to the words spoken. It is her CHOICE again to speak but not act accordingly..

Not being with her family is her CHOICE again-- Don't know what happened 20 years back but today it is her choice that she would rather give in to Arjun's charade than be with her family.

Yeah she is taking care of Arjun, she is UNDOUBTEDLY. But Arjun is worrying too much about Purvi; he is paining and pining for her. And as long as he worries for her and pines for her his situation will aggravate further thus decreasing his chances of recovery. She can only give him company, but she can neither make him happy nor cheer him up- something a sick and probably dying man deserves.

So, in a nutshell Ovi is acting as a CATALYST to Arjun Purvi's separation once more. By giving in to Arjun's charade she will distance Arjun Purvi either if Arjun dies or if he survives.

So who will gain in both the circumstances?--Arjun won't, Purvi won't and Pari won't either.

So, a person who cannot do anything for a friend in those past 20 years but comes running at the first call and lies on his behest is no good friend at all.

And why should she follow Arjun's orders ad verbatim ?

I guess if you really hate someone then you are selective of what you see, you'll see the bad points but you won't see the good points. Both Ovi and Purvi are abundant in good AND bad points.

If you don't like Purvi, you'll only see her bad points, yet there are many people out there who see her caring nature, slightly bumbling attitude to life but breathtakingly talented in everything she does.

If you don't like Ovi, you'll only see her bad points, yet there are many people out there who see her as a complex, amazingly woven character who see her good points too.

I mean that time Ovi closed the door behind purvi in Arjun's house? Ovi definetly was not smiling, she had tears in her eyes. There was one time in the past week, where she was looking at purvi and thinking in her head 'I couldn't be a good daughter and now a good sister'. Well that smile behind purvi could have been for the purpose of keeping her charade going, keeping the act up so as not to let the mask slip.

We are forgetting here that all characters of pavitra rishta are flawed and if we look at all their flaws then none are worthy of praise.

Let's see what Ovi's true intentions are before coming to the conclusion that she is fake. Just the same as how I'd also like to see if Purvi will investigate and trust Arjun this time before coming to the conclusion that her words are fake.

I think both Purvi and Ovi are on exactly the same footing which is why if you give one a chance then you need to give the other a chance too.

Just because we can't see the good points, doesn't mean they aren't there. A character may have many hidden qualities that are good but that we may not like.

For example, Purvi lived for her mother. That's not a bad thing, it's a good thing that at the very least one rishta in her life worked and is more important than any other rishta in her life.

Ovi lived for Arjun and to this day still does, why should that be a bad thing? As long as she keeps her distance.

If all characters were perfection, wouldn't life be miserable? Wouldn't this show be totally dull? Watching a perfect show, with perfect characters and no entertainment, just perfect, predictable things happening throughout every episode?

That would be boring.

I understand the short black dress was pointless, it's sort of contradicting her words. But we can't say that arjun pays for Ovi's clothes and her life.
Yes she took him shopping but we don't know if Arjun pays for her shopping, plus we can't assume that he does just because of that stupid naatak, as we very well know that she has made her own way in life, her own work, she has money of her own, lived in Australia on her own with a baby. She's perfectly capable of paying her own way in life. We don't even know what the living arrangements ARE. They are definetly not sleeping with each other as Arjun is hopelessly in love with Purvi.

Plus Arjun didn't mind staying with his ex-wife in Canada temporarily. So why would she mind staying with him in India temporarily?

I just think Ovi should have moved over slightly and hid her face in front of the bulk of Arjun's body to avoid Purvi seeing her, that way they could have gotten out of there sharpish without any of that naatak.
