Rival Site:Ashvik to quit PR?

This has been going for quite some time now and we are kind of bored with it. But news is news and we have to share it with our loyal readers.

The reports on real life couple Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi quitting Pavitra Rishta (Zee TV) have been repeatedly flashed in the media.

And the latest is that they both have had a word with the producer of the show, Ekta Kapoor (Balaji Telefilms), and will part ways amicably from the project in the month of December.

Says a source: "Right now the plot focuses entirely on Ankita Lokhande post the leap. That is the need of the story and other actors don't have much to do at this point of time. However, in the long run the focus will shift to all other characters. But many actors are running out of patience."

The same source further added that Rithvik is confirmed to quit the show in December but Asha might continue, a decision which is in a state of limbo as of now.

We called up Rithvik but he chose not to comment on the subject. Asha, on the other hand, rejected the development labeling it as a mere rumour.

Let's see when the quit drama finally comes to an end...

Rithvik and Asha are also participants in Star Plus' Nach Baliye season 6.
