Well, I disagree as I think she has definitely vampish traits in her character. Shes rude, offensive, disrespectful, neurotic and obsessive! I remember the way she behaved with Archana even before she knew Archu was her mother. She was treating Archu like a servant, ordering her around because to Ovi, she was just her father's employee who could be bullied and commanded according to her will. She told Archu to call her Ma'am! Inspite of Archu being much older to her!

Ovi behaved like a typical obnoxious rich kid who has an inflated sense of her own entitlement because of having a rich dad! I cannot stand such kids!
I also remember how Ovi demanded that the then pregnant Purvi be thrown out of Deshmukh house simply because she could not stand Purvi to be in the same house as her! What kind of girl could throw out a heavily pregnant girl (I wont even say sister as Ovi never considered Purvi as her sister) just for her own whims and jealousy? And that too after Purvi dragged Onir to Mumbai to treat Ovi's pregnancy? Ingratitude is the worst sin!
Only later, when Ovi thought Purvi had moved on in life with Onir, then she softened slightly towards Purvi. Even then her insecurity always made her flare up with jealousy whenever she spotted Purvi talking to Arjun!
I wont even talk abt the infamous deal made by Ovi as all 3 are to blame for the deal going through. But yes, Ovi was desperate enough to propose the deal knowing fully well that Arjun did not love her and she could only get his hatred or indifference by forcing him to marry her!

Teju has inherited her parents' basic goodness, Ovi has inherited only Savita's selfishness! It often happens that in a pair of twins, one is born with good traits and the other with bad traits. Teju and Ovi are examples of that!
And yes, her family is to blame for a lot of this because they pamper her too much and dont point out her follies or try to reform her. Manav is being so strict and harsh with Soham. If only he used half of that tough love towards Ovi, perhaps she would be a different person!

I am an arvi fan but I think Arjun would have learned to love Ovi and you don't. I guess we'll never know :)

But personally if I had to choose between two people like in this case where one left u for family and the other wanted me by hook/crook...I would pick the person who did the hook:crook thing. I know it was wrong but hey why stay with the one who left you? What's guarantee they won't leave again even if you stay together?

Yes , maybe . Thinking about it even I'd want to live with a person who wanted me by hook or crook .
Maybe you never know they might have just clicked . But in arranged marriages I guess that's the case they fall in love with each other . Yes , yes Nidhi (me ) the blonde has understood . You're right .

That means you believe in the saying: "Marry the one who loves you. Not the one you love"
But the question is, did Ovi really love Arjun? Does she love Arjun? Im not saying Purvi does either 😆
But this is abt Ovi, so I want to know if she did really love Arjun, would she not want him to be happy? Would she not try to make the marriage work by hook or by crook? Just getting hold of Arjun as her husband was not enough to make the marriage a happy or successful one!
And yes, I agree, Arjun would have been happy with Ovi if she had tried to be a good wife, an understanding one and did not always suspect him or accuse him of "dreaming" abt Purvi even when she was no longer in Mumbai. 😆

Hahahah you're so cute! :) I was just trying to think of it logically. I think a lot of people would stay with the one that loves them especially after the one that they love left them at the altar, didn't inform of a pregnancy etc. I mean think about it, how hurt Arjun must have been ... He gave himself to purvi. I know we never think of guys' virginity but just like it hurts girls to lose the one they have everything to, I think it hurts guys too.. Even they have feeling and would feel betrayed.

But love also forgives ... A lot. Love is crazy. It makes you do things you'd never thought and forgive things you'd never would otherwise. It changes you completely. Arjun only sees purvi ... What can we do?

We can find a lot of such kids in New Delhi, where the politician's kids and rich industrialist's kids create havoc in ordinary people's lives!

Di I was trying to think of it in this situation in PR. If I had such a betrayal in life where I was left at altar bc of family, I think I'd try my best to forget them. I would think their love was never true. In love one makes mistakes and forgiveness if a part of love and relationships but idk if I could after such a big betrayal... Maybe I'm too young and naive . Idk.

Yeah with ovi I was thinking what could have been... Rather than what the CVs showed.
