First things first, we have yet to get a statement from the girl in question. She is NOT an idiot and we are NOT TV insiders to know the real picture at hand and say this was right or this is wrong. I think we should give Ankita and Sushant's intelligence SOME credit instead of repeatedly jumping on them to say they are making wrong choices. (and this is for everyone not just you Anshi- cos I have seen so many comments related to this on this forum)

Secondly, don't go around believing every rumour about PV2 and so on. Everything might not be true but just speculation.

Thirdly, many people don't like seeing Ankita as Sasu Ma or Aaji. Not her die hard fans especially, so please don't make assumptions. But we respect the choices she makes and more importantly, we like to give them space enough to make their own decisions without giving into the pressure of the fans of 'do this, do that!' We are outsiders, we know very little about how the industry operates and what is going on, thode se articles padhke koi expert nahi ban jata.

Lastly, about Ankita's image- there are two sides to every coin----let me tell you I read an industry insider's explanation, a member of IF, about how the TV industry thrives on GOODWILL more than anything else. Otherwise Barun Sobti would not have acquired such a bad reputation- he was unprofessional with the show and those who gave him such a big show on TV. And Kritika Kamra who also left her show amicably, would not still be in the good books of her producer Rajan Shahi. Who knows what talks Ankita and Ekta have had? Having a good equation with Ekta is always good- for both Ankita and Sushant.. even if it does not benefit you, at least it will not harm you. Aagey aagey dekhte hain hota hai kya? Why take so much tension abhi se and more importantly, treat Ankita and her decisions as idiotic already?

Hmmm, Ankita returning ! Im not sure whether it will work as the story has already gone from bad to worse and some of the current crop of actors do not seem to have good acting skills.

But it is Ankita's choice, she knows her situation the best and has probably weighed all her pros and cons before deciding to come back. Hope that she has a great offer waithing for her post PR.

hile there was speculation of Gautami Kapoor replacing Ankita Lokhande as Archana inPavitra Rishta,we told you that producer Ekta Kapoor wanted Ankita only, and that she was trying her best to retain her. Looks like her efforts have paid off and after considerable drama, Ankita is likely to be back in the popular serial, that has completed over a 1,000 episodes, inform sources.

It began with the news that Ankita was quitting Pavitra Rishta, as she was not comfortable playing a grandmother. Later came a clarification that she is not quitting but taking a two-month break to be with her beau Sushant Singh Rajput during the release of his debut film Kai Po Che. However, during that time, she did an episode of Ek Thi Naayka that was also produced by Ekta. In the meantime, other actresses like Shilpa Agnihotri and Gautami Kapoor were said to be approached for the role.

Now with Ankita likely to continue as Archana, the guessing game will hopefully end. Ankita is slated to start shooting on Wednesday or Thursday for the serial. Currently, Archana is shown to be in a coma and doctors are trying their best to bring her out of it. A source says, "While Archana is lying in the hospital room, Soham (Ankit Narang) will pretend to fire Manav (Hiten Tejwani) to instigate her to come out of coma."

Let's see how it shapes up ...Looks like Manav will have no choice but to work with Soham to get Archu out of her Coma ...
