I love her but I have to be honest about her character. She should have being more of a challenge, made Arjun want her so bad he could die. When he got jealous seeing her with the guy, she should have known that was her signal, that this guy can be tamed.😆 Jealousy is a sign of attraction, what other reason Savita would give her that tip in the first place.😉From the basics of Attraction, anything can play. She should not have agreed to the marriage just yet, she should have told him she has to think about it. Make him sweat for a couple of weeks. Make him wonder if he has lost his touch, why would Ovi turn him down. Then make him be the one to always call and beg to see her. In a month or so, she would have had him in the palm of her hands and a sure wedding in a few days.😆 Guys like Arjun (Put on Ego) are easy to feel unsure of themselves if you don't show them any attention, because that is what they thrive on to feel like a man. If you give in to easily, they lose interest, you gotta stretch it out before you let out your feelings, so if you play right, they fall easy and the hardest.Disclaimer: This is not a love lesson for anyone to try, I was just looking at the difference between Purvi and Ovi approach to Arjun. Not meant to offend or hurt anyone.Purvi figured out Arjun from the get go, that he was all talk, and nothing else, his self-esteem does not match his outer presence. She proved that over and over again, when she got under his skin in her games and shouting in the office. So, giving him no importance will trigger off the uncertainty about himself, and that is how she reeled him in. Purvi is a good player. She even came with props, the baby voice and the constant uninterested looks mixed with the I might like you look.😆 Confused the hell out of Arjun, so he was constantly on his toes, and she is still doing it up until this day.Look at the scene with baby Pari, both hovering over ParI(Seems Ekta knows the game too😆), what was the need for that? Simple, Arjun got a peek at what might have been and could be. That is why when DK told him to bring back Ovi, he was bawling his eyes out, cause he just left the scene with Purvi, that shouted "I might still love you look." with Pari in between.😆Purvi even had the same baby scene with Onir😆 this baby is lucky she got two daddies.😆Have Mercy Poor Ovi don't stand a chance, that is why I want her away from Arjun so much. She cannot conquer Purvi's Powers. Ovi is not armed only her love she has. 😔

Hilly dear, I think you just nailed Arjun here. In general men likes puzzles, likes the challenge of solving riddles or like my hubster trying to solve a math equation😃 (he gets all worked up 😆). They just need that adrenaline rush of having a challenge and winning it and getting the prize, or going out in an unknown adventure😃. It does it for their ego. In fact, Men excel in offensive sports too, like soccer, American football. In fact, I was in a recent management training where it is being encouraged to have girl child in sports like soccer and football to learn to be offensive rather than being defensive (And pleasing). Girls are rather the problem solver, the helper and the pleasing type and that doesn't work in today's world (verdict from Industry). The psyches are different, and as a result the same behavior that is displayed both by Men and Women, ends up being perceived different. So, a man is a go-getter and assertive, whereas a Woman becomes a bitch for the same set of assertive behavior. So, your assessment 100% in my POV. Yes, Purvi was that challenge that Arjun didn't have, where as Ovi was always too eager to please and help Arjun. Ovi became so eager the please that she was easily taken for granted and then became in the background for Arjun. Ovi was an open book for him, easy to be taken at Arjun's whim if he wanted, she was there for him, way too much. Ovi was a wife too willing to please and accomodating, way to much, too much understanding and that was Ovi's nemesis here, whereas Purvi just lead Arjun on, with the right kind of pressure - just enough on and off...
Thanks😃...Whee...Weee..🤣 Yes a lot of the young ones these days are too eager. Ladies are not supposed to do the calling and never show feelings too early.😃Originally posted by: sashashyam
Dear Hilly,
Quite simply marvellous! 👏👏👏
No one could have given better advice on how to tame a man like Arjun, tough in appearance but in fact like a marshamallow left out in the sun.
I am only sorry that I am no longer of the age to benefit from the @blue, which is spot on. That is why, in our time, we never called, we let the men do the calling. And the running after😉. Nothing has changed between then and now.
The only thing that I do not agree with is the disclaimer. If it was not that this nuska is a generic one known to all our grandmothers, and thus part of traditional knowledge, I would have recommended that you get a patent on it and market it!
