You can see the pain she is in when In the flashback Onir tells her that she is pregnant. There were tears rolling down her eyes. Even though she was in her own pain in that moment she was volunteering at that center. When Purvi left she had no where to go she stayed at that place.. Sad that Arman didn't even make sure Purvi had a place to go to if she must leave the city..
Purvi thought she was leaving and never would see Arjun again.. But that is called Destiny..
Both Arjun and Purvi have gone through pain you can see it when they met the pain and longing in there eyes.
Purvi was in awe when Onir slapped Arjun, she really wanted to say something to him then. But Arjun told her to go and explain to Arjun..
Even though she doesn't show it Im sure it would be painful for her to see Ovi also pregnant with Arjun's child..

@Bold- Destiny always plays a game with everyone,so in same case it happened with her bcoz of Onir she landed here to mumbai as she wanted her step sister to get treated properly though she has managed it hopefully
But somewhere i found her guilty in case of pregnancy as she didn't told Arjun that she is carrying his baby in her womb from 8 months even onir has supported her for that,Purvi should go n tell arjun the reality behind her pregnancy. "Hiding the truth of baby from a Biological father is wrong"
