let me answer your very true questions one by one .😊
He may be fathering his own wife's child but that doesn't mean he should stop being the part of his own child's life sired by another woman if he proves to the law that he is not an incompetent father and that he wishes to be a part of his kid's life . The law gives him the right .
It is not necessary that every unwed mother informs the father about her pregnancy . If the biological father has no clue well and good for the girl . But if the biological father finds out and decides to be a part of his child's life by going to court , the girl has no option but to accept.
i have crticised him a lot for listening to every nonsensical suggestion of Purvi and the reason i gave always was
he is not a kid , but an adult who chose not to exercise his own brain .
But he can change now . The prospect of his blood can change him . He can now exercise his thinking powers and realise she intends to keep him from his child's life forever and he can protest and fight her in court . There is no handwritten rule book that if u make one mistake u should make others nor is there a rule that you cannot change your mind . Did not she exercise the power and right to change mind at last minute by calling off the wedding ?
Well , he can do the same too . Its not about humiliating the love of his life , its about wanting to be a part of his kid's life .
Onir may give the kid his name and accept him but his goodness is a seperate issue , that has nothing to do with Arjun's legal paternity rights .
Love of Purvi and marraige to Ovi are again seperate issues and the court will not mix them with the issue of his paternity rights .
Now if a legal battle ensues , the kid will suffer and there will be a lot of public humilation , true. So if Arjun shows tremendous understanding and chooses not to exercise any of these legal rights for the sake of his kid , fine , well and good for Purvi and the kid .
But that doesn't make him any less of the victim as he never wanted to marry Ovi , he never wanted to consummate with her and he never knew Purvi had conceived and he was not unwilling to take responsibility if he had known . He simply was not told .
For not exercising his own thinking abilities if he wants to lose the chance of a lifetime of not knowing his child and being a part of his life , fine , let him show that decency . He will have to take the risk of the child never finding out and questioning him later . Purvi took the risk of anyone ever finding about her pregnancy but it is slowly coming into light .
