It is a sworn statement on stamped paper confirming or declaring something, which has been attested by a notary with his/her stamp and signature. That is in real life. In PR, it could be anything.

My thoughts:

1. Purvi should stop asking Manav to do stuff for her. He is not her real father. Of course he would put Teju and Ovi first because they are his real daughters and he won't do anything to hurt them.

2. Some people are saying that Purvi is not showing and concern for Ovi 's feelings. But think of it this way, if she just goes to Ovi and try to be caring to her, Ovi will just give her an attitude. Ovi will never pay attention to Purvi. I think purvi is doing the right thing by staying away from her. Why run after someone and show them that you are concern when they don't care about what you have to say?

3. Someone should have heard what Savita was telling Sachin today about the divorce papers.

4. Why is Damodar keeping quiet about all these lies. If he is a real father he should stop Savita and her stupiness. He should tell his son the truth. Why is he allowing this women to rule over him like this? Why is he allowing this woman to make his son unhappy? I think Manav might be mad at Damodar for not telling him the truth all along.

5. I can't believe Manav is putting his spoil daughters and his annoying mother infront of Archanna. If he is a real man of the house, he should put his foot down and show them who is boss and tell them they have to accept Archanna if they like it or not. He got his daughters and his mother ruling his life.

6. If Archanna knows that Manav can read her heart and he still loves her, why doesn't she tell him the truth for God's sake! I don't know why she is protecting this Sachin. He doesn't love her. He is a snich. He has been brain washed by Savita over the years.

7. Does Sachin actually think that his mom will marry Manav? I mean come on, Sachin mom knows what kind of woman Savita is. Remember Savita slapped Sachin Mom once. I don't think she should want to get married to Manav, knowing what a witch Savita is. As a matter of fact, I think Savita would hate Sachin mom as well, because all she cares about his her happiness and not her son or her grandchildren happiness.

As for @red, please do see my post to you and Jyothi above. Once Archana fails to deny the authenticity of her signature, as she did at the first court hearing, and thus implicitly confirms that she signed it, the signature automatically becomes authentic, and no accusation of forgery can stand. Of course in PR, anything can happen.

Shyamala, I'm certainly not a lawyer, and perhaps you are or involved in legal things, so i believe you, but couldn't then Archana be held in contempt of court for perjury? Could they could declare a mistrial? Of course, Indian courts may be different. And especially Indian PR courts 😆

Well finally a epi where Arman are shown thinking about their relationship..

Lot has been said today it seems.Excellent acting by Anki n Hiten.Must watch it..

Guess Manav at last confided his reasoning to archu..I so wish these 2 had times like this to discuss about themselves.

I remember Manav told Archu that "The day you loose your trust on your Aai,you just cant trust anyone else ever."He said I guess that at a time where he wanted to eliminate the differences between Archu and her daughters (13the June epi I guess).Well looks like its going to come down hard on him,very hard..The day he comes to know that his mother was the reason of destruction , I am not sure what can happen to him.Its sad to see that a son's life destructed so badly coz of his mother.

I hope no son gets this situation.

Manav saying to Archu to ask her living separately is not a option.The very reason Arman are going with the divorce is the hate factor.Dont think Archu would even come if Manav offered that coz she just cant live or come back to Manav with her daughters hating her so much.so thats not a option and both do not want it.

But there are few pointers are :

1)Manav has accepted Arjun - Purvi and knows Arjun is not for Ovi.

2)Manav does not have grudge against Archu for the past things but he has given up to destiny to correct things and is not ready to face the reality.Something seems to be stopping him.I believe that stopper might very well be Savita.

3)Manav cant hurt his mother nor he can see Archu getting hurt or insulted.He is totally stuck ,fed up and given up.

4)Responsibility and blind faith on his mother is the term Manav loves the most than anyone including his daughters and that is biggest down point and the very reason his relationship is in the current state.No son should face this situation where keeping faith on his mother leads to destruction.

5)Manav loves Archu but is caught now in web between Archu and his daughters.

6)Not sure what Purvi is thinking.She is trying her best to force Manav on Archu and on herself but Manav handled it well and gave her his aashirvaad eventually.I hope Purvi stops requesting Manav to come to the wedding now.

7)Once again Purvi has filed a petition..Not sure where this is going to lead.

8)Will Savita - Sachu conversation about the forged signatures be of any significance.Only time will tell.

At least today Manav told at last what was there in his heart all along.Its not the hate or anger but its the helplessness for the mess created around and repeated failures to correct it.

If not now never for Manav...

they were so good today .I loved Hiten's restrained yet very effective acting ..and though Anki stayed quiet , her eyes spoke so much ...

You are bang on correct .The main reason why Manav does not wish to have Archana back is because Savita and the twins hate her .He himself is responsible for putting this hate in them and he is well aware that his mother did this but he just loves his mother too much to stop her from doing injustice to his wife ...

Even if Archaan genuinely wanted to leave him , still it did not give any rights to Savita or Manav to make the girls hate their mother ...

What Manav has done is a sin ...I hope he pays for it .

I agree with all of you who said Hiten's and Anki's acting were en pointe today.

The dialogues may not have been the best but the delivery surely conveyed their inner turmoil.

Where is the strong Archana that so many fell in love with?

The one who stood for the right actions regardless of who it was that needed defending/opposing?

Why is it ok for her now to be a constantly weeping doormat at the mercy of people who belittle and berate her every chance they get?

I agree with the divorce and wish that it would happen. The pavitra rishta that Archana holds on to doesn't require a piece of paper like they say and if she wants to hold on to that then so be it but I agree with you Tanya.

I've really had it with the mistreatment of this woman and everyone (characters I mean) thinking its ok. Its not.

Finally got to watch it.. wow, Hiten and Anki were so good..their facial expressions said volumes. Watching them struggle (ARMAN) for so many years to have a relationship that worked and watching them as if they were to leave each other forever (even though i hope that won't happen) made me very sad. I didn't see anything for Archana to feel good about...loving him so much and losing any hope for the future seemed so final. She looked so beautiful and Hiten looked so handsome, and they conveyed such depth of emotion without even a lot of words. 👏 Excellent acting.

I don't know what to say, i guess everythings' been said. In a way it seems like anything else that will follow is anticlimactic ... everyone is heartbroken for one reason or another...The story is about Archana & Manav. It seems like it just ended. 😕

I hope not many would buy this definition of Pavitra Rishta that the Cvs are trying to sell us ..

It is not a beautiful rishta at all in fact it is a destructive and a very wrong rishta and should end the sooner the better ..

I sure hope that Purvi will not think even for one second about sacrifising her beautiful relationship with Arjun for this so called Pavitra Rishta of her mother and father ..

Off to bed now ..Even though I loved the acting , I am feeling very angry at how these writers have butchered this love story ...

I don't want to even think of Manav and Archaan together anymore ..they can never be a good couple after what happened today ...

I just am waiting to see Purvi's wedding celebrations and some fun also I hope we get to see a scene of Soham and Archana soon ...

I think Archana should move on now and forget about Manav .
