I am feeling so bad for Purvi after the last two episodes, that I am wishing that atleast Vinay should have been there for Purvi, as a friend only. She needs someone to support her. Vinay used to support her a lot in the office, until he turned greedy.

Maybe he has turned a new leaf.😆 now.

or changed his ways.

God I am desperate to see Purvi get some kind of moral support. 😆

The actor playing the role of Vinay was good though. Maybe he will return to the show.

Ekta has given Vinay a small role in PR and his character has sacrificed as lot ( became greedy & cunning achanak) due to ARVI love track. Now he is in "BALH".
Now, I also want a guy who will really love Purvi & make AK jealous by his love & affection towards Purvi. ( But I want my Arvi back also)

Vinay will be the good option without his parents. want to erase that part

I was thinking the same thing too; really surprising how we think alike. Vinay was a lovely person till they spoilt his character. Remember, the way he took care of Purvi when she came in wet, bringing her hot tea. He took her home the next morning when she had worked the whole night in the office. Took her to this expensive restaurant because he wanted to make her happy. Got her this expensive pair of earings by saving his money little by little. He was loving to her all the time and Purvi, I think was getting fond of him. Eventually, she would have fallen in love with Vinay. Maybe, just like Arjun got carried away and went through the engagement ceremony with Ovi, Vinay too (couldn't bear the way Archana was shouting at his mother and calling her names at his engagement ceremony) just kept quiet and walked out. Bring Vinay back for Purvi as a good friend. Just show that he has thought things over and has changed. The very fact that Purvi keeps mentioning Vinay's name every time tells us that she hasn't got him out of her system as yet. Make silly, Arjun jealous Purvi please.

very well said Namita, yes, we thought alike about Vinay.

Vinay did a lot of good things for Purvi too so she remembers him. I wish they'd bring him back just as a friend in these times of distress for Purvi.

Now that Purvi-Arjun will sacrifice, arjun won't have the same time for Purvi as ovi will be around.

God, Kekta, please send someone for dear Purvi.

Initially I was never fond of Arjun when he used to cuss Purvi, but when he fell for Purvi I liked him a lot. Right now, I don't know what to do .. He has hurt Purvi a lot. I am feeling Purvi's pain more. Dunno why.

Even when Vinay was showing the mms to her, I was glad he had done it, and not someone else in the office. And he was gentle with her at other times.

I don't know why everyone keeps asking for some guy for Purvi to make Arjun jealous...what's the need.Arjun already knows that he loves Purvi and only Purvi...he has no doubts about that. It is Purvi who is going to push Arjun away now for her family's happiness. Friends, be careful what you wish for...if something like that happens, I for sure will be very upset because I want to see Purvi only with Arjun which I believe will eventually happen. I will stick around for that and if I feel it really is not going to happen, then I will for sure be out of here...don't want to wait years for it to happen. There are other shows to watch. Purvi should be shown as a confident person who can stand tall on her own and not some needy and overly emotional girl who always needs a man in her life to make her feel worthy...when you fall in love like that, there is no switch you can turn on or off in order to move from one person to another so fast. Arvi love is special and intense...Arjun's heart and soul belongs only to Purvi and Purvi's to Arjun only...my humble opinion.

i don't think that purvi needs Vinay to make her feel better and give her support.I think Vinay was nice guy doing nice things for Purvi until he became greedy and now Purvi is in a high position and hurt. Vinay mite want to take advantage of that and pretend to be her friend. Remember Archana insulted him and his family and that's not sumting u jus forget.When the MMS came out he said those mean things that really hurt Purvi. he is not the guy she shud be around now.I undertstand how all u Arvi fans are hurt by Arvi's decision but that doesn't mean that Purvi needs Vinay.Sure she is hurt and gonna be more hurt but she needs to move on and we all know that eventually after a lot of drama they will be together.i feel for her though caz she has to watch the man she loves with her step sister. She needs support but i think that if she is gonna get sum it has to be someone else and not greedy vinay.

I just wish Purvi had a solid friend to talk to. Tej is a friend, but Tej is also Archana's daughter so she can't confide in her with her problems about Arjun. Archana had Aashna who was a total gem, why can't Purvi have a nice wonderful girl friend who not only cheers for her in her time of need, but also would smack sense into Purvi when needed? What is it with Ekta and all these women hating each other and plotting against each other situations she always promotes? If Ekta plans to introduce another character, hopefully it's a girl who can become Purvi's friend and help her and not fall for Arjun. He already has three women after him.😆

Dear Trish,

Please don't!. Sure Purvi needs a sympathetic and clever friend to give her sound advice (and the same for Arjun, who might as well be marooned on a desert island for all the empathy and support he can call upon). This is a curious circumstance in PR, for usually there is always both a woman and a man confidant for the main leads, and this has always been a very useful literary device from times immemorial.

But Vinay would be the last choice for a friend for Purvi. He is a self-serving and self-centred character, and all his earlier support for Purvi was only a build up for his eventual proposal. And don't you believe that he has turned over a new leaf, this happens all too rarely. If anything, having lost his job as well, he must be feeling vindictive towards Purvi. So as for his returning to the show, with his shrewish, manipulative mother, I do hope not!

If nothing happens to resolve the Arjun-Purvi ( I prefer this to ArVi, which sounds like the vegetable ! ) impasse for a couple of weeks, maybe Soham would be a good choice for this role.

Incidentally, the actor who played Vinay suddenly popped up in one of the other 2 serials that I watch besides PR, Bade Acche Lagte Hain, as the boyfriend of a lady industrialist. I was so startled that for a second I thought I was in the wrong serial, and back in PR!
