Tulsey I took chicken legs and also took some wings because I wanted bones ....for the flu ..
This one always works wonders with flu ..
1. Boil all the chicken with some garlic , ginger , half an onion , black pepper , salt , 3 or 4 cloves and boil it a lot ..
Then sieve it and pour the broth in a pan ..
2. do pieces of chicken and put it in the broth .( throw away the onion galic ginger and all that , just take out chicken pieces )
3. put as much corns as you want ..My kids love corns so I put more ..
4. Then start cooking on low heat .
5. Mix some corn flour in cold water and slowly add it to the soup and make sure yo uare stirring constantly so no lumps should be formed .
6. If you like aji no moto then put very little of that but these days people avoid that so that is up to you .I just put a little ..
Then when the soup thickens then break one egg from it's top , making a little hole in it , and slowly pour the egg i nthe soup . While you do that , with a fork constanrly mix the egg in the soup ..
7. Within a minute the egg will be cooked and the soup will be ready ..
If you are feeling OK , ( no throat pain then add soya sauce or vinegar just before you eat it . But if you are not well then just put in lemon ...
