he tld her dis a year ago wen kaka was alive,even tat time it was wrong in his part cause next day was their marriage u r just tlking abt armaan love who demself dont value it wereas shravani also luvs manav and she really fight for it.y people dont see tat.everyting was set 1year ago shravani left mandap tat time armaan wld get married it wldnt hav been bad but now even hoping for it is rather cheap and wrong. even i said d same ting tat damo shld tlk to girish sir rather tan armaan, but now its too late for him to tlk abt it.if u wld b in shrav place wld u b gud to damodar, honestly i wld b really very bad.and y shld she care for damodar pov, has manav tld shravani i cant get married to u or cant keep d promise,he just tld her he stills luv archu and will alwys do,tats d reaqson she left mandap who got her bck armaan d great.has even arhu tld her i cant giv u my husband cause i luv him.armaan wntd to b mahaan so dey did wat dey wntd to,shravan wnts to b human or normal so she is not letting off manav. were is shravanni wrong?shrav will herself spoil her life getting maried to manav,if she doesnt realise dis she is dng wrong to herself d way armaan did a year getting divorced and spoiling each othe life.

Sorry Sherma ! Where is shravs wrong?Shravs has every right to ask that a promise given be fulfilled -she has a right to her stand

Why shud Damo agree with it though? Damo did not promise her anything,then why shud he change his stand?Just bcoz a year has passed by?Not at all.

To his credit,Damo made no dhamkis-he did not say,I will leave the house if manav marries shravs or anything like that-he stuck to his opinion on a strong basis of what ArMan felt for each other but decided to let everybody face the consequences of their own decisions.

Damo is the only one who pointed out that Manav had no business promising marriage bfore formal divorce.He pointed out that when manav gave the promise archu was not there,manav simply assumed her to be gone-dead.The fact archu came back takes the tempo out of the promise.But its Manav who insisted,promise is a promise,I got no choice.

Maybe let Manav says I dont love archu better still,just marries shravs - until then Damo has a right to his stand.It is shravs who does not understand that she is only engaged,not legally married-she never understood this,wearin archu's mangalsutra etc.way bfor itself.

Manav does not want to marry shravs,he cries 10 days bfor his marriage like he came back from a graveyard - shravs did not introspect once,not once - still,she is a rightful Duryodan,every piece of land was won,why shud I give up anything?Manav-draupadi is my slave now,and I will exercise full rights -his emotions does not matter.Logically,I agree with her,coz her conscience does not invoke her to look at anybody else's emotions,even her own fiance's

Its Manav who has to fight back and do the mahabharat if he wants archu back.Even archu cannot do anything,bcoz Manav insisted on the divorce,he gave her no choice -the ball is in his court.

They are even - he is not forcing anybody here,he did not throw her out or insult her - they r both being cordial to each other,and stand for their own interests.

very well said saffy . Shravani says that she loves Manav , but still she sees him in constant pain . He is crying all the time for his ex wife . He never ever tries to get close to her . She knows that he is still madly in love with Archana and could not even bear to see someone take his ring off archu's finger .

All this was happening in front of Shravani . She looks at him when he he is crying for archcna , rolls her eyes and then look the other way .

She is insensitive to Manav's pain ....Damodar is insensitive to her wish . He has always told her that he will never accpet anyone else for manav ...

He is only wishing for Archan because eh knows that only she can make her son happy .

Shravani too is only looking for what would make her happy . She cares two hoots about Manav 's crying and all that ..

They are quits ....both of them ..

They are both on equal level ...

Sherma - Has Damo ill treated Shravs?He has been a gud grandpa,treats her well and talks his mind,everybody gives credit to shravs for talking her mind even if its foul,what is wrong if he does?

He has not ill treated her , but he has not been affectionate , kind or sensitive to her either . Now don't say Shravni is NOT either of these things to Archu , so what goes around comes around ...........we are NOT talking of Archu here , the world does NOT revolve around Archu alone. Let us strictly take Damo and Shravani's relationship . He is the father of Sachin and also Manav and Shravni is the bethroted bahu of both . She has been there for a much longer time now compared to 15 day Archu and then 3 month old stay Archu and Archu who LEFT Damodar and walked off . In this long stay of two years , we see Shravani treating Manav's family pretty well , whether u guys like it or not . She gives the old man innumerable cups of chai , serves him food , looks on fondly as he plays with her child , coaxes him to have meds on time..........takes good care of him , as well as Archu did . When her Dad offered her a flat , this girl , unlike Manju , wanted to take Manavs full family with her there , she can VERY WELL SAY I WANT MANAV ALONE OR IM NOT GIVING U GUYS ACCESS TO SACHU . The whole family will buckle , we have seen how Savita buckled when she once REALLY used the baby card . But we see her not saying a word to Damodar's Archu favoritism . What Damo needs to be pointed out is

By ignoring his wishes and signing on divorce papers , Archu DISPRESPECTED him

Archu , even that day in the office when Damo Ajit went to talk to her , IGNORED him mulishly .

This girl may not be his favorite but this girl made an effort to be good to him in her own way . Besides , she is is sons choice and like it or not , his son who doesnt respect him enuf to listen to his advice by the way , is MARRYING her , a reality that cannot be changed . WE see PRABHI , JAY's mom understanding this pragmatically that Archu is Jays choice so I gotta ACCEPT her .Bhavna did it too with Varsha .

Reality is Archna divorced , went and finished her degree and got a job , and did not even accede to his THREATS that he will drink himself to death if she went

Reality is this girl is still latkofied , with promises of a wedding , that were NEVER delivered by the DESHMUKHS .We do NOt see Damo staying apart from D family , he is very much in the talks with Girish , nodding to all the Dates etc set for marraige . So now that Kaka too is gone , its HI TIME Damo as a Deshmukh elder feels responsible for this LATKOFIED GAL"S FATE ..........The gal HIS sons brot HOME , both .SACHIN and Manav .

Damodar has NOT disassociated himself from Manav in anger , so accepting Shravni is INEVITABLE .How about doing it the gentlemanly way instead of making ODD , EMBARASSING comments in GOKULASHTAMI FUNCTIONS LIKE ARCHU U JHULOFY THE CRADLE < SEE YASHODA AND DEVKI , LET ARCHU DO FINAL AARTI ?

Elders shud be ELDERS , Objective and foresighted . ARCHU LEFT .Thats the truth . And I felt very good that today her mom rubbed her divorce in her face ............She NEEDS IT . I hope someone rubs it in this DELUDED old mans face too .

The ball always was in BOTH Parties court .They REFUSED to listen to elders advice thinking they were SUPER SHAANE LOG . They desrve this mud slinging coz they both DEFILED the sanctity of marraige . Dont absolve Archu from this .

What Manav's pain ? He made a bloody CHOICE ! A practical choice ! All his tears and pain desrve a middle finger . He wanted that baby for his mom , as simple as that , he does NOT want Shravni to go ! See how he was stopping her when she said Im leaving !

So fine , he made the choice , so be it ! Why the hell shud Damo for his son's choice punish that gal by constantly talking of his sons ex in front of her when the gal is being pretty nice to him personally ? I dont see the logic here .
