@gauri: As I said in the other thread, I don't know whether he was right or wrong. I don't know anything about company rules and how much a worker is briefed etc. about management rules and all. I just said it was understandable- Manav and workers anger. I still think peaceful talks could have settled the matter in a better way. Manav did not protest when he lost his job last time, cos he understood the matter. This time he doesn't. I don't think workers even know about the compensation thing, else Rasika wouldn't be writing the letter. Will the workers not flare up at having been dispensed off in this manner?
Dharmesh may be right, in fact, by all you guys are talking, he is most probably right. But I think Manav and workers state of mind is understandable.
When workers join factory , they sign their contracts and know aLL the conditions . Dharmesh is being fair , he is perfectly within his rights . Why the hell he shud simply keep 10 workers on when not required beats me .......its as simple as us telling our maids to go if we dont need them anymore and have a washing machine instead .
Besides Its HIS factory and he is overruled each time by Satish , Archu jodi who take totally bad business decisions .Like
Distribute bonus to ALL even new workers
Hire new workrs just on SIFARISH
Even if sumone picks fights in company premises , hire him on job , dont even punish him
All this is RUBBISh . Anytime he takes a decision , the argument is What !UR doing it for CHAND RUPAYE ! what the hell does THAT mean ? He is a businessman dammit , is he running a SEVA MANDAL ?
Last time this Archu took him to jhopadpattis ro show the economical conditions of the workers . Arre watz this ?
Dharmu gave Manav his job , even waived aside his loan . Manav had REFUSED to give a written apology or oral one for beating up a co worker .
Satish is NO way a perfect businesman and has no concrete solutions as alternatives to what Dharmu demands.
