@Nikki:Oh ok.
I cant understand manavs' anger.Honestly.Here was the guy who was ready to quit the job twice for Archu.Didnt he feel worried abt his family then?
That said,Manav has been working for how long?15 years. So,I expected him to behave with some amount of maturity.Brawls are not the solution. For all we know,if management ppl are really nasty, they may get back to him in really nasty ways.
So,I dont understand his anger...not for getting thrown out of job bcoz he has a family to take care of.he never thot of this very family before quitting for Archu.Infact, last time he had asked for time to find a job. This time Dharmesh is offering him.I dont see why he cant find one and is instead getting all geared up.
@piya:What I thot was rude was the way he said "Tum kuch nahi kar sakti ho"....she was the one who tried all she cud to get his job back last time...dont think he needed to tell her this.

I just said it was understandable- Manav and workers anger. I still think peaceful talks could have settled the matter in a better way. Manav did not protest when he lost his job last time, cos he understood the matter. This time he doesn't. I don't think workers even know about the compensation thing, else Rasika wouldn't be writing the letter. Will the workers not flare up at having been dispensed off in this manner?

Dharmesh may be right, in fact, by all you guys are talking, he is most probably right. But I think Manav and workers state of mind is understandable.

When workers join factory , they sign their contracts and know aLL the conditions . Dharmesh is being fair , he is perfectly within his rights . Why the hell he shud simply keep 10 workers on when not required beats me .......its as simple as us telling our maids to go if we dont need them anymore and have a washing machine instead .
Besides Its HIS factory and he is overruled each time by Satish , Archu jodi who take totally bad business decisions .Like
Distribute bonus to ALL even new workers
Hire new workrs just on SIFARISH
Even if sumone picks fights in company premises , hire him on job , dont even punish him
All this is RUBBISh . Anytime he takes a decision , the argument is What !UR doing it for CHAND RUPAYE ! what the hell does THAT mean ? He is a businessman dammit , is he running a SEVA MANDAL ?
Last time this Archu took him to jhopadpattis ro show the economical conditions of the workers . Arre watz this ?
Dharmu gave Manav his job , even waived aside his loan . Manav had REFUSED to give a written apology or oral one for beating up a co worker .
Satish is NO way a perfect businesman and has no concrete solutions as alternatives to what Dharmu demands.

@gauri: There's a difference between last time and this time. Last 2 times he wanted to quit inspite of the fact that he needed this job. The first time he was quitting bcos personal relations are more important than job etc. and he felt that Archu and him shouldn't work in the same place. It was not as if he could find job easily or was relaxed about it. Archu stopped him by reminding him of his needs.

2nd time, he was genuinely sad that he lost out on the job, but couldn't protest or say anything, cos HE was the one who had fought in the office vicinity and made a mess for himself. Dharmesh wasn't wrong in firing him and he knew it, and so maturedly stepped out.

But this time, situation is different. He feels injustice has been meted out, not only to him but to lots of others too. And so he got agitated.

As I said, things could have been solved by talks. But both Manav and Dharmesh got each other agitated.

@Nikki:Thats what I dont understand. What was exactly the injustice for Manav?Losing a job.Or the fact that he can quit at his will for all emotional reasons but his boss cant throw him out?I get a distinct impression its the later.
Dharmesh has been very fair.

excellent commentary kool.

looking forward towards today's episode. jagada is better to watch than tears rolling non-stop.

satish is more of a human than a business man while Dramesh is other way around.

@Gauri: I guess throwing them out of job suddenly was what Manav and all others found unfair. Plus I'm doubtful that they know they will be given compensation. Else why is Rasika writing the letter?

Most viewers in India are not exactly aware of actual worker condition and company dynamics. So,the CVs take their so-called-uncreative-liberty to dish out pure nonsense...just to show the lead gearing up ,playing the evergreen-poor-worker-heartless-management card against someone who is hated as he is more practical.
Thats the way they redeem Manav.Union leader standing up against the management..brawling...when actually he need not.

Let me clear it once and for all- I'm not saying Dharmesh is unfair. He is absolutely fair and within rights to do whatever he wants.

I just felt anger of Manav and workers was understandable, that's it.
