@nikki:Dharmesh said they all will get notice period.

Its not as sudden as Archu announced n they need to quit.

Moreover,I see all this as a ploy to redeem RA than Manav.RA actually doesnt hav a valid reason to take any legal action.All she can do is create jhamela n sign petition for the workers....go on strikes etc n resort to fights.Legally Dharmesh can not be touched.

i agree but still feel dharmesh is not wrong, dharmesh has been very gud to manav, got him bck to job, forgetting loan etc. manav cld b little polite. y werent other wrkrs fighting. they cld hav done wat rasika did get a complain letter sign wid every 1, tat was better solution rather den abusing ur boss.

Ok, I will say this much ..

Maybe he should have talked to satish before blowing his lid at Dharmesh , but Manav is an emotional man ..he always reacts with what comes to his heart first .

No wonder so many of his decisions have proved to be wrong ..

However with Rasika fighting on his side , his chances are looking good ....

Archana was trying to calm him down ...I wish Satish had stepped in properly ..

The scene was very well handles though ...the direction, acting , camera work ....everything was good ...

not sure the workers were apprised of this decision at all ...... whatever Dharmesh did was perfectly justifiable from business point of view but to expect the workers to nod their heads in acceptance , be quiet about the sack is a li'l far fetched I guess if that was so then there would never be any unions or union leaders

i am not saying to nod ur head, i tink every1 shld fight for justice, but wat dharmu was dng was not wrong he gav dem notice period.i lik d way wat rasika did sign letter from wrkrs, reminded me of school days used to do similar kind of ting. its such a gud feeling. piya- u really luv sushant na, me too but cant stand manav.
